Die ca. 65 m² große Wohnung befindet sich im Kellergeschoss in einem neu gebauten Einfamilienhaus in Hanglage. Sie verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist barrierefrei. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schrank, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, einem Wohn- und Essbereich mit Einbauküche (mit Spülmaschine) und Schlafsofa, sowie mit einem Gäste-WC ausgestattet. Die Hanglage eröffnet im Süden eine großzügige Terrasse mit Carport, die zum Entspannen und Grillen einlädt.

Für unsere kleinen Gäste stellen wir gerne ein Reisebett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Trockner auf Anfrage.
