It has big salon,three bathrooms,two big rooms and big garden with barbecue and parking. It borders on Olpeta river and is near to the tirrenean sea, bolsena lake and an old big wood, where is possible to go on trekking and on bicycle (4 bicy are at disposal in villa). Many historical etruscan countries and sites are visiting in few minutes.Termal baths with spa of Viterbo and Saturnia are at 40 km of distance, Rome 120 km and Florence 150.The town of Farnese is at 3 km with stores, bar, restaurants,etc.
