Luxurious private resort style living on a one of a kind citrus/horse ranch. If looking for something special, secluded, fun, close to everything for your get away this is it. Check our reviews! The 1400 square foot home sleeps up to six with it's own private yard. Lots of amenities right on the 15 acre property. Minutes too from the Spring training fields, Golf Courses, Cardinal Football Stadium, Desert Diamond Casino and lots of grocery, restaurants and shopping are very close nearby.

Airbnb restrictions on non-wedding parties on the property are still in effect. That does not mean you can not have a few friends or Family over to visit you on the ranch just no large organized parties.

Guest access
All guests have access to the Barn & Horses to view and feed carrots and apples ( with the owners' approval first please). You also have access to the pool and pool area along with the entire orchard area that's full of fruit you can pick in season or just enjoy a private stroll thru the grove.
The private backyard of the Guesthouse is yours to enjoy and relax in have a BBQ ( supplied) or just enjoy the views and fruit trees. Yes, you can pick some and enjoy it when in season.
If you have less than 6 in the home too and some friends drop by they are welcome to stay in the Guest House ( up to 6 total people) with you as well for one to two nights at no extra costs. (Stays over 2 nights pay the extra guest fee for the whole rental period unless prior arrangement is made when booking)

Winter Rates - 10% discount for stays of 7 days or more Sept.- April
Summer rates May thru August - 30% off standard rates.

NOTE: Special Rates for Cancer Treatment Patients - If your a Cancer Center of America or a similar facility patient coming to the valley for treatment please contact us for very special rates. Owners Daughter is Naturopathic Oncologist so we understand the needs very well.

Neighborhood highlights

Our neighborhood is great as we are set off from the world yet right in it as well. Its very peaceful and quiet and you can see the mountains and stars and great sunrises and sunsets. Still in 5 minutes you can be in a Grocery store or one of many places to eat. Baseball, Football and Hockey Stadiums are all about 10-25 minutes away. We are pet friendly to well behaved Dogs. Besides acres to walk in the groves with them they have a private grass covered rear yard to run around in.

I am a second Generation Arizona Resident now living in Surprise, Arizona with my Wife. We love horses and raise Friesian Horses. additionally I own a Granite and Marble firm with a partner and we import stone and stone products from China and other stone producing countries. My Wife just retired from the Peoria School District. We have three grown children - Melissa who is a Naturalpathic Doctor and her husband Brian, George V who works for AAA in management, and Paul who has a Masters Degree in History but works in Computers as a manager for Shutterfly. here in the valley. My wife and I love to travel - love and raise horses as well as care for three small rescue dogs and one large just showed up cat. Our ranch in Surprise is also home to a U-Pick Citrus Grove that is open to the Public December to March. Guests get to pick fresh fruit in season for their use free.. Places we have been outside the USA - Canada - Mexico - China- Thailand - Japan - Cuba - England - Ireland- Scotland -France -Italy - Greece. We used airbnb in Paris for 11 days and without a doubt it was one of the best trip ever. We had a million dollar plus two bedroom apartment within short walking distance of the Eiffel Tower by Trocadero Circle. We could see it even from the kitchen window. This got us hooked on Airbnb and we try to make sure our guests have the same experience we did at our place.
