The 1 room apartment is located right on the border between the two trendy districts of Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg, two of Berlin's most beautiful and popular. Volkspark Friedrichshain starts on the opposite side of the street. Right next to it is the start of the traditional Bötzow Quarter, with many cafes, restaurants, shopping opportunities. The multicultural flair here is more influenced by French, English, Americans, Spaniards and many other nationalities. The numerous trendy cafes, clubs, pubs, restaurants, bars, galleries and theatres made the district a tourist magnet. Just around the corner, there is a kebab shop with delicious Berlin-style kebabs as well as a bakery for cozy breakfasts. In both you can also enjoy sitting outside.

Even after many years, there is still so much to discover ( interesting location, off the mainstream neighborhoods, backyards, stucco facades, music pubs, interesting people, and original Berliners with their direct, open and sometimes slightly quirky way.
