If less than all 3 bedrooms are used there is a small discount. .Please mention your configuration .i.e. If booking for only 2 obviously a maximum of 2 bedrooms will be used and a maximum of 2 beds etc., etc.,.If you are a couple please mention it so I can give an even further discount as you will only be using 1 bedroom.
This allows individuals and couples etc to enjoy my apartment at a reduced cost.
Rentals are cheaper for a week or more.

Where possible the traditional features have been kept. The marble floors of the lounge, entrance and hallways. The original marble fireplaces. All the bedrooms and balconies have "tomettes" - the reddish octagonal tiles which are traditional in the region. The original kitchen floor (very unusual please see photos).The bathroom has the original claw foot bath, but has very recently been professionally re-enameled. All rooms have high ceilings except for the shower room and the bedroom with the wooden fixtures and a fitted desk. There is independant central heating throughout. Airconditioning in the lounge which is sufficient for the lounge and can cool the (website hidden) the bedrooms have the coolest orientation two bedrooms have ceiling fans and the other has a pedestal fan. Apartment of over 120 years old.
Centrally situated in Cannes. (website hidden) maps walking distances: 12 minutes beaches and 'Palais des festivals'. 8 minutes town centre and train station, 2 minutes supermarkets, shops, restaurants, snack and quick food outlets, public transport, free camera surveyed children's playground.

3 bedrooms : 1 bedroom with a standard double bed and bay windows, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and balconies.
Additionally after many requests from larger families looking for affordable accommodation three single fold down mobile beds can be made available which you can roll into the lounge at night time.
The dinning table although pictured with only 6 chairs can have up to 10.

Bathroom : traditional old fashioned bath with a shower atachment,sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.
Kitchen: Fitted French oak, oak shelves and tiled work surfaces. The original floor has been maintained.
Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge- Freezer, Washing machine, Lots of outdoor drying apparatuses and ones that can be left under the sheltered area. In the warm good weather most items are dry WITHIN 90 minutes .

Roof Top Terrace which also has internet access, 15m2 shaded but open area with table + 6 chairs , table and 8 armchairs, sun loungers.
A car is unnecessary.
Parking in the street is FREE. You can pay for camera surveyed parking which is just a minutes walk away.
Bourgeois building which only has 2 other apartments in it and this apartment is on the entire second and last floor no lift marble staircase.

NOTE Bedding and Linen and Towels are not included in the basic rental price. When booking I will only include the necessary linen and towels in your final quote this way those not requiring maximum capacity are only charged for the elements that they require. Keeping your costs to the minimum.
To minimize your costs if you prefer you can provide all your own bedding and linen and towels , blankets, duvets, quilts etc. which will also include you providing your own bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. Sufficient linen and bath mats must be provided for your stay these will be verified on arrival. If you are staying for more than 10 days then you must bring a minimum of 2 sets of linen.

Beach towel €3 This is an additional item and if you require them then please mention it in your request as I do not include these in the final price.
As this apartment can accommodate up to 10 but this is rarely the case as it often has has individual or couple occupancy and very occasional maximum occupancy (which really is for families so that they can have affordable accommodation as I too have a large family and know the difficulty) and whether you want to stay for just 1 night or 9 nights you will require the same amount of linen and towels it is fairer to do it per person per set rather than to considerably increase the daily rental rate to include the maximum amount of elements in the basic rental price..

If you are aware of you travel details before booking then if applicable this fee can be included in the final price. Otherwise this fee if applicable must be paid in cash on arrival.
Keeping prices to a minimum there is NO check out fee included in the price as the cleaner does this when the apartment is vacant and whilst they are cleaning, hence eliminating unnecessary fees..
If you do require this optional service then it is possible . The price is an additional €50 where the representative will inspect the apartment and control all equipment and take responsibility.
They need to be there at 9a.m. so that the apartment can be vacated by 10h00 so that the cleaner can have unhindered access.
Please mention this when booking so that it can be included in the price and the representative can be booked.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour de 4 jours et l'hôtesse vraiment accueillante et disponible. Appartement très propre et grand avec une belle terrasse sur le toit uniquement pour nous. Bien situé à peine 15 minutes à pied du boulevard de la Croisette et épicerie complète à peine 10 minutes. Pour une arrivée en train la gare est à 10 min. également. Nous étions 6 adultes et étions amplement confortable.
The apartment is magnificent and really well equipped. We were 6 people and enjoyed the our stay over a period 10 days a lot. It was clean and easily big enough.
The best part is the big rooftop terrace with a own kitchen, gas grill, deckchairs and a lot more! We spent almost every evening outside on the terrace.
Also Karan is a great host and was really friendly when showing us around in the apartment. All in all we had a great time.

A mixed stay! The apartment has a beautiful terrace and the living room is big and cool. but... the 3rd bedroom has the most bizarre storage built into into it - so it's more like a cabin with a very low artificial ceiling. the stairs have a huge hole in the ceiling and the kitchen and shower room are not in good condition. A mix up with the checkout time (my fault) meant that I was shouted at, told off for leaving the lights and aircon on. A shame. More suited to a rough and ready family booking than a professional booking for a festival stay.
Great hostess and great apartment. Wish we could have stayed longer.
