This home is in a scenic location.
Our Tahoe home is perfect for special vacations that you want to share with all of your friends and family. You'll love the breathtaking views from the open living room with ample space for every social occasion, the two 45 foot decks are perfect for hosting large brunches and cookouts, the kids will love the game room with pool/ping pong table, and you'll fall in love with hot tubbing under the stars in a secluded forest setting. Plus you can walk to downtown Tahoe city and Commons beach!

The space
Our 2000 sqft house has luxurious rustic wood furnishings, a flagstone faced wood burning fireplace, new comfortable bedding & mattresses, high speed wireless internet (with Wifi6 wireless gaming router), brand new 65" QLED 4K HDR TV's in both living rooms and in all the bedrooms (43 " in bedrooms - new pix coming soon), and an upgraded sports package from directv with service in every room.

Both bathrooms were recently remodeled and upgraded with new knotty pine vanities, copper sinks, and stone tiles with mosaic inlays.

Also available is a large 8 person 500 gallon HOT TUB under the stars.

Other things to note
This property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Out of consideration for our neighbors, all loud noise and hot tubbing after 10PM is prohibited . Your security deposit may be forfeited if we get any noise complaints.
