  • What a lovely stay in Savannah! Rick was a great host, and gave us some recommendations when we arrived. The house is in a great location - 5 minute walk to great restaurants, Forsyth Park, and many of the Historic District attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the fireplace was a lovely touch (even though we didn't need it). Although there was no private bathroom, the second floor bathroom was right next to our room so it was no issue. We had use of his kitchen but mostly used it for keeping some items in the fridge (yogurts, beers and such) since we ate out most of the time. I had no complaints and look forward to checking out Rick's cottage rentals for my next visit!

  • We stayed with Rick for 3 nights. His house was in a really good location (walking distance to everything) and was clean and tidy. The room had everything we needed and even a tv which we weren't expecting. Rick mostly kept to himself but gave us a map of the area and told us about some nearby places, and he let us use his kitchen to cook dinner which was a bonus. The shared bathroom wasn't a problem at all. There was also a massive grocery store extremely nearby which was handy.

  • Rick was a wonderful host. He made his home feel open, comfortable and welcoming. Very mi casa, su casa :) The room was nice, spacious and he provided a number of things such as an iron/ironing board, blow dryer, towels, shampoos/soaps, etc. Tea, coffee and cocoa were also complimentary.

The location of the house can't be beat especially if you like to simple walk around and get a bit lost. Savannah is absolutely gorgeous and we will be returning!! Thanks Rick!

  • We had a lovely stay in Savannah. Rick was a pleasant, congenial host, offering suggestions on dining and things to see, and was available anytime we needed something. His home, although small, was interesting historically and comfortable. A great location! We walked practically everywhere in the historical district, which is amazing - so many beautiful old homes and parks. In addition, his home is located very conveniently a few blocks away from the local free city DOT bus.

  • Good location! We walked or took the DOT everywhere. This was our first time in Savannah and Rick gave us an orientation and map when we first arrived. The house is comfortable with charm. Rick is a good host, interesting person and very knowledgeable about the area. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

  • Stayed for five nights and couldn't believe how wonderful the place was. Very spacious, clean and had all of the amenities a 'hotel' guest could ask for. We were happy to meet such a hospitable host and would return again to his place if we return to Savannah!

  • Rick has a beautiful home in a nice area. Our upstairs room was very comfortable. We had the house to ourselves. I would still recommend staying here even if the bathroom was shared.
Would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed our visit!

  • Nice location in a quiet residential area but close to historic district and downtown. Rick was knowledgeable of the area and had plenty of tips for places to check out.

  • The location was great and we were pleasantly surprised how walk able Savannah is. Really enjoyed our room and there were no issues sharing the bathrooms. Rick was very nice and helpful. This was our first Air bnb experience and we would definitely do again.

  • The location of Rick's home was ideal for the wonderful walking city of Savannah. We went everywhere in
Savannah on foot and with the DOT bus. Great restaurants cloise and the beautiful Forsythe Park. We also did not have any problem parking on the street. Rick was a gracious host and we enjoyed coming home to share our findings with him and to get his take on what we experienced. We shared a bathroom which was not iideal, and there was not enough space to unpack, so we rummaged thru suitcases too much. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.
