The space
This is a one-room cottage on a land which is a simple and quiet field where there is only another cabin for rent and also a few animals are raised, among other things.
In it you will find a large kitchen-living/dining room and then a main part with a double bed and another secondary part with a square and a bedroom, also with beds of a square and a half. In addition, in the common space (living room) you will find a single bed for a sixth guest.
Also, it has an exclusive viewpoint/balcony to fully enjoy the landscape.
There is a barbecue to make roasts and it has a terrace to eat outside, where you can appreciate the countryside, the trees and , in the background, the river.
The vehicle is close to the roof or anywhere near the cabin.
The cabin has an equipped kitchen and a gas oven.

Wifi is available.
There is drinking water and hot water.
As heating it has an A/C equipment and electric heater.
In the rest of the field -and shared with another cabin that we have for rent - you will find two viewpoints overlooking the river and pedestrian descent to this, where in summer you form a beach and you can sun or bathe.

We raise some cows and sheep. In summer, cattle can be given apples. The sheep usually roam all over the grounds.

Other things to note
We are not located in the same village of Río Bueno, neither La Unión nor Lago Ranco. We are approximately at km. 18 of route T-75 (La Unión-Puerto Nuevo)
Signal mobile hay and in general it works well. Movistar is usually a little lower.
There is WiFi in the cabin.
There is an electric power maximum of 3 thousand Kw, which means, for example, that the simultaneous use of appliances that use a lot of power will cause a blackout (microwave ovens, electric kettle, hair dryers, etc.)
The speed within the terrain is maximum 20km/h.
Hay Cerco Electrical for Animals in some sectors of the countryside.
The land and the descent to the river are not recommended for babies, very young children or older adults with reduced mobility.
NO extra guests nor without prior notice.
They can visit friends or family, under prior notice (they can not spend the night)
