Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
Nestled atop a knoll with breathtaking views of rolling hills, pastures and beautiful South Mountain, our farm is your peaceful home away from home. Swing on the wrap around porch, or enjoy dinner on our 800 sq ft back patio. If adventure is more your thing, you will enjoy the walking trails, creeks and ponds. Guests will have exclusive access to the farmhouse and surrounding 2 acres. The remaining 27 acres is a working farm, with seasonal farm activity. Guests may explore the whole farm.

The space
The farmhouse offers 4 bedrooms and one bonus room with accommodations for up to 12 people. Upstairs, we have a full bathroom and one bathroom with shower on the main level. The main level also boasts a newly renovated and fully stocked farm kitchen, formal dining room with seating for 12, breakfast nook seating for 4, living room/library and cozy den. Laundry room is also available for your use during your stay. If business brings you to our farm, please be assured we have what you need to make your trip successful. Wi-fi and a designated desk with a printer available for your use.
We do not allow more guests than booked for the reservation. No parties or celebrations without our prior approval. Please contact us if your intentions are for something other than a family getaway.

Guest access
Guests have access to all parts of the house except attic, upstairs storage room and basement.

Other things to note
This is a 200 year old farmhouse with hardwood flooring. There are many changes in elevation throughout the house, just a note of caution with families with young children who like to run or older people with mobility challenges.
There are three indoor fireplaces but no wood burning allowed. One fireplace has electric logs with a remote.
We have chickens and crops on part of the farm so you will see us come and go near the barn area each day. We will not be around the house you are renting during your stay.
