We are a local family of 5 working hard to give you memorable experiences and a home that exceeds all your expectations.

The space
There is plenty of room to spread out in this 3 bedroom home. It is our desire to make everyone comfortable from wine glasses to sippy cups. A large open living, dining, kitchen makes large family/friend gatherings comfortable.

Bedrooms:
Main floor: King room with en suite and large walk-in closet
Upstairs: Queen room
Upstairs: Bunk bed that sleeps 4 (single over double with single trundle) and a daybed with trundle (both singles).

Kitchen/Dining:
Dining table for 8 and seating for 2 at the island.
A gourmet kitchen is well stocked! There are various cooking utensils, pots/pans, hot mitt, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Full-sized fridge allows for large grocery runs. Take the wine carriers in the pantry and get 10% off wine at Ingles (local grocery store).

Bathrooms:
Main Floor: full and half bath
Upstairs: full bath
Hair Dryer, Towels/wash cloths, Toiletry kit, Face wipes

Outside:
Front porch with rocking chairs
ENO Hammock
Adirondack chairs with a fire pit (supplies provided)
Propane gas grill
There are 3 parking spaces (or 2 if you have oversized vehicles)

Other:
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer makes packing light. (bring detergent)

Baby supplies to make your packing light: Pack-N-Play (with thick soft sheet), high chair, infant bouncy seat, snap-n-go stroller, baby gate, and toddler plates/utensils.

Guest access
You have access to everything except a few closets which are locked for owner-use only.

Other things to note
We have a shared driveway, so please plan to park on our half.
There is video surveillance of the front and back door for security.

Please let us know if you are bringing a pet(s). We only ask that pets refrain from being on furniture as well as be completely house broken.

We love pets and supply a few pet supplies: poop bags, food/water bowl, extra leash, and puppy treats.

We do ask for a $75 per pet fee that will be sent the day of check-in.
