This flat was int eh perfect location in London. The roof terrace was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Loved our stay at the penthouse studio. The apartment suited all of our needs! Location was definitely the best part- close to restaurants, the underground, theaters, and shops. Favorite part of our stay was going across the street to the New London Theatre and watching a show!
The location is indeed ideal, like being in a quieter corner of the New York City theater district. After a couple of days we found that it felt like going home as we walked past the thinning crowds back to the flat after a day of sightseeing on foot. Unlike NYC the noise isn't continuous traffic and sirens, but the intermittent enthusiasm of people at the pubs on weekend nights and match days. If you're not used to being in the city, then simply come prepared for it. You'll enjoy, as others have, relaxing in the rooftop garden in the prelude or aftermath of your London adventures.
Thank you for your kind comments and gifts. I have never received your email in regards the socket, stove and water. In the UK tap water is always drinkable. The socket in the darkroom has never been a problem before but I will have it checked to make sure that it is working properly. As for the stove I am very confused as to what was the difficulty. I am very glad you've enjoyed London and a drink on the terrace. Once again many thanks.
This was the perfect place for our 5 day stay in London! It took us longer than we had planned to clear immigration and customs at heathrow, but Magaly was there waiting at the flat to greet us.
Great location in the heart of it all. There are a few stairs to climb so not suitable if you have mobility issues.
We loved the ambience...felt like a Parisian artist studio.
We especially enjoyed the rooftop garden...perfect for sitting out with a cup of tea.
Jean-Marc was a very attentive host, maintaining good contact with us from the time we booked to the time we departed his penthouse apartment. Everything was in order and what we expected from the description. The location is marvelous, close to the theater district and within walking distance of major sites. We rarely needed to use public transportation. The outdoor roof garden is particularly impressive. Guests should be aware that a walk up a narrow flight of stairs from the 4th floor to the 6th floor is necessary to access the apartment. This was not a problem for us, however. Thank you, Jean-Marc, for being such a good host!

Fantastic location. Accurate pictures. Jean-Marc was very prompt in his communication. Great stay.
My husband and I enjoyed a 3 night stay at Jean-Marc's apartment in Covent Garden. The apartment is very comfortable with a lovely outdoor rooftop area to enjoy as well. It is situated in a great area of London with public transport, theatres, Royal Opera House, cafes, restaurants and pubs all at your doorstep. Jean-Marc was very helpful and responded immediately to any of our requests
