Toilet paper, Paper towels, Dish soap, Trash bags.

When the snow begins to fall, this property is ideally located just 1.5 miles from Snow Summit Ski Resort.

As winter transitions to spring, with it comes dozens of outdoor activities. There's plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby at areas such as Woodland Trail, Castle Rock Trail, and Alpine Pedal Path.

Fulfill all of your shopping needs in Big Bear Village, just 1 mile from your door. Spend the evening dining at one of the restaurants along Pine Knot Avenue, like Peppercorn Grille, Teddy Bear Restaurant, and Saucy Mama's Pizzeria.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guests are required to provide ID. If requested by host, guest must remit a security deposit of up to $1000. This will be refunded after stay, minus any deductions for damages, house rules not being adhered to, or extra cleaning needed.

Your credit card/security deposit will be charged for the following:
Damaged/missing linens and towels.
For any damages found, you will be charged for all repair costs.
Unauthorized animals / pet waste.
If you are evicted for violations, you forfeit all money paid. No refund for an early departure or a no show.
No refund will be made due to power outages or malfunctions with TVs, internet service, or other equipment and appliances, or for carpet stains, or for the sighting of insects or other animals.
We do not refund due to weather or road conditions or other acts of nature.
Always carry chains in the winter months.
