Gritta the best!!!
Well! Where do I start? Firstly, I am writing on behalf of my travelling friend and myself but… how nice was Gritta? ABSOLUTELY SUPER NICE. We received such a warm, genuine and friendly welcome – Gritta is pretty cool! Gritta spent some time with us explaining the unique aspects of Berlin, places she liked, lots of info about the transport systems and a few jokes – we had a laugh together in the first 10-mins of meeting! She was like a friend we'd known for a long time.
The apartment is as looks in the photos – clean, bright, warm, secure, all you need for catering, etc – just really nice and we felt entirely at home. The terrace is huge! – a summertime visit would lend itself to many a relaxed evening with drinks, etc.
The neighbourhood is really nice – relaxed, lots of choice for food and drink, quiet but 'happening'… really liked walking around the district.
Perfect location for transport, whether the trams or the U-Bahn and, if you are prepared to actually use your legs, you can walk to 'the Alex' in about 15-minutes.
I only had a couple of days for my first trip to Berlin but, with Gritta's good advice and the ideal location of the apartment, I was able to 'scratch the surface' enough to know that I will need to return (in Summer, I think!) and I would really like to stay at Gritta's again – I will be contacting her before anyone else.
So: great location, great apartment, SUPER NICE host. Stay at Gitta's.
Gritta is an amazing host, she give all thé tips to have a great holliday. It s a very Nice flat near all (shop, good district etc..) and totally clean. The balcon is so Nice for sweet breakfeast Thank you for all miss Gritta and you can hope to see us very soon !!!
Very beautiful and quiet apartament and quite close to the city center.Gritta is great!
I had amazing time in Berlin staying with my mum in Gritta's place. Apartment was clean, very comfortable and we are very happy with our choice. Location is great, it's just about 7 mins walk from Alexander platz. I highly recommend this place for everyone who are looking for quiet and nice place and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Gritta!
My husband and I stayed at the Belforter apartment for one month. The apartment is centrally located to just about every train you could want with a view of the tv tower in Alexanderplatz every time you walk out the door. Communication with Gritta was always easy, pleasant and quick. The Internet cafe across the street holds late hours, so even though there is no internet in the apt-access is close at hand. Two grocery store (Netto and Bio Markt) are within the block. Great place!
A lovely warm host who greeted us in the apartment when we arrived .Gritta was so helpful, giving us lots of useful information about Berlin. Gritta's apartment is very nice and is well situated with good transport links to and from the airport and for exploring Berlin. Thank you Gritta for an enjoyable stay - . We would not hesitate to contact you again if we were to visit Berlin again.
Gritta's place is just wonderful: clean, amazing location (Kollowitzer Platz in Prenzlauer Berg). There are a lots of interesting spots around: from English bookshops to great Coffee Shops and restaurants.
Gritta received us very well and gave us useful information about the neighbourhood. We enjoyed a lot the little terrace, even if for only 2 nights. I recommend saying at this place.
The flat is very functional and bright, the access for transports is easy.
Grita was a very good host, she pointed out very good places to visit.
So we enjoyed berlin in very good conditions!!
