Guests have access to the entire house and yard.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. An additional charge or $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed and must be arranged for, and paid, in advance. Any guests in excess of the maximum number of guests specified above, for any reason or for any length of time, MUST have our written permission. Having parties in our home or anywhere else on the property is forbidden. No RVs or campers may be used anywhere on the property. Violation of this provision will cause forfeiture of your entire security deposit.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.
RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
PARKING – Parking is available in the garage or in the driveway. A code for the keypad will be given, along with the code for the front door, prior to your arrival. RV’s, boats and other equipment are not permitted in the driveway or on the street. If you bring anything like this with you, you will need to find some other place to store it.
We thought the home was wonderful. It was very comfortable for our family of four and the instructions were very comprehensive! The neighborhood felt safe and it was nice to be able to park in the garage since Phoenix had below zero temps for most of our stay. We would definitely stay again and would recommend the place to others. Thank you!
My family and I (5 adults and a 6 month old) enjoyed our four day stay at the Oasis! We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and dining room, the large backyard with comfortable outdoor furniture, a gas grill, grapefruit trees with fresh fruit for breakfast and the location that is central to lots of restaurants, shopping and area attractions. It is a quiet neighborhood that felt safe and friendly. Elizabeth was a responsive and easy host to communicate with and was amenable to working with us regarding our travel plans. We look forward to more trips to the Oasis!
We had a good trip and Desert Oasis was a big part of that. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could ask for and my wife (kind of fussy about mattresses) found the bed wonderfully comfortable.
Elizabeth was great at responding to our questions and made sure we got the right answers.
We had all the room we needed and the home, in a very quiet neighborhood, proved to be conveniently located for much of what we wanted to do.
