Yep, it's been used privately for underground parties & gatherings, and now it is available for your next company off site meeting.

Quiet & Serene, with art to inspire, plus everything San Francisco has to offer is at your doorstep.

You know you are in a unique San Francisco space as soon as you walk in. Victorian Carriage House built in 1908.
Spacious Garden Level Loft. All art is portable so that you can get back to the basics of fresh white walls, red floors, bright, open space with skylights.

I've been told by corporate execs from (website hidden), (website hidden), Idea and Airbnb that it is ideal for company strategy meetings and retreats. 1600 Square feet. Will it work for you?

This listing describes use of this very private space for company retreats, strategy meetings, off-sites, sales meetings or meet-ups.

+Space has a large-open plan meeting room of 800 square feet with a white board, a foozball table, 50 folding chairs, 6 folding tables, 6 bean bags for lounging, and a couch. Walk through a door and there's another 900 square feet with two rooms of 4 more couches, a fully stocked kitchen, dining room and garden. Every detail is fully set for break-out sessions.

Yes. Overnight lodging is an option through our other listing, "SOMA Artist's Getaway and Gallery." This is the same 1600 square feet prepared for overnight guests with 4 sofa beds, towels, wine, beer, snacks and all linens.

Events must wrap by 10pm, and the space cleared by midnight to keep the gathering audio-friendly for neighbors.

  • Our engineering team recently had a need to go offsite and work in isolation on a project and we came across this space on AirBnB. And, boy are we glad we did. The space is magical, superbly designed, inspires creativity and teamwork while allowing individuals to have space to focus on what they are working on. The host was great from first contact to checkout, making sure our every need was met. The kitchen space was fully stocked and everyone was immediately made to feel at home. If you need to get out of the office to get some work done, there is no better place in the City than this spot. Five Stars.

  • Cheryl is as good as they get. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything I needed (and then some!) and just truly made everyone feel welcome. She even had a bunch of super yummy food waiting for us, including a healthy smoothie stand. The space is creative, unusual, and eclectic, exactly what we needed to have a great, productive workday. I recommend Cheryl unequivocally. She is a rarity -- charming, smart, and an incredible host.

  • This listing was amazing! We came here to have a small family dinner amongst coworkers and friends and we had a great time.

    Cheryl was very helpful throughout the entire process and was very accommodating to us. The space is absolutely amazing and we loved every bit of it. Some of us even wanted to rent it on a regular basis to work from.

  • Cheryl was such a joy to work with! I booked her space for an offsite training for my company's management team and she made the whole process effortless. We chatted on the phone prior to the booking and she walked me through all the details, which left me feeling really confident about the day. She even offered to help coordinate snacks for my team! I would definitely recommend booking her space for anyone looking for a unique event space.

  • We rented Cheryl's event space and apartment for our wedding banquet. We needed a place with a kitchen and enough space for 20 guests and this was the perfect place. It was clean, simple, and cozy at the same time. Our guests were also really happy with the place.
    Cheryl provided lots of complements for our celebration and allowed us to move the furniture around according to your needs and convenience.
    Additionally, Cheryl helped us organize not only the event for which we had rented her place, but also many other aspects of our wedding. She has an extensive network of contacts in San Francisco and she kindly offered to put us in contact with photographers, performers, caterers, party rentals, etc. Thanks a lot Cheryl for your kindness!
