The space
This gorgeous newly remodeled 1950’s Bungalow is a great find with original hardwood floors. Located about 2 miles from the Historic Heights neighborhood with plenty to do and eat. This home is perfect for your stay because it has all the amenities of home and feels like home. The large yard is perfect for the kids to play while the home is completed gated with a secure 7ft high custom fence.
Our home is fully equipped with everything you need from the hairdryer, washer, dryer, dishwasher microwave, internet, tea, coffee, spices, and the list goes on. If you are looking to stay for the long term, this bungalow has everything you need as if you were at home; we spared no cost in equipping our home.
Also the neighborhood is not safe for walking your pet as there may be stray dogs at times. During holidays there are fireworks into the late hours early morning can occur. It is a blue collar neighborhood that some homes have been remodeled yet some still need some repairs. We just want to be transparent with you about the area.
Pet fee of $100 per stay, per pet, max 2 pets. Also, an additional cleaning or stained towels will be subject up to a $150 fee.

In the event you book and decide to shorten your stay we won’t refund nights unused, even if you cancel.

A $350 smoking fee will apply if smoking, vaping, marijuana/420 or e-cigarettes takes place in the house.

In the event that check out is after 11am a $75. The housekeeping company charges for rescheduling per hour. Thanks for your understanding. In the event is past 1pm you will be charged for the full day since the next guest will be checking later than the stated time.

*Small Intimate Gatherings Allowed:
(Max Capacity 15, more than 10 visitors extra $125 wear and tear)
Requirement: Must have at least 3 or more reviews and must be 5 Star.
We will allow small quiet gathering of up to 15 people total visiting for an additional $125 if your total guest staying or visiting exceeds 10. We understand sometimes family wants to gather and see each other or have a small kids birthday gathering and we will allow, but we also want to be respectful to our neighbors.
(We have an outdoor camera to track occupancy and checkout time)
*If you smoke out in front of the door the smell of smoke will go back into the home and we ask that you not some under the front porch area and smoke out in the driveway area because you run the risk of being charged a $350 smoking fee. We do have ring door bell and captures the activity.

Late checkout:
Our housekeepers have a tight schedule in the event they have to comeback or delayed in their cleaning because guest hasn't checked out by 11am there will be a $75 late fee for check outs after 11am (must be approved 24hrs before hand by host as there may be another guest checking in ).
