Relax on 85 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country just 18 miles from downtown Austin. This private modern cabin offers 350 sq ft with a queen bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, and cozy living space. Enjoy a shared pool, walking trails, disc golf, seasonal orchard, and visits with goats, chickens, emus, and roaming deer. Quiet, private, and surrounded by nature, yet close to Austin’s dining, music, and nightlife.

This is a private cabin located on a shared property that includes a family home and several other separate units. All guest spaces are fully private and in their own buildings. For safety, exterior security cameras monitor the gated entry only. Please note the pool is unfenced, so we ask guests to use extra care.

We are pet-friendly and welcome furry companions with an additional cleaning fee to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitization after each stay.

The cabin is fully equipped for a comfortable visit, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen with a gas range, iron, pool towels, dishes, basic cooking spices, and yes - coffee is always provided ☕️

Septic-Friendly Reminder:

We are on a septic system, so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. A waste bin is provided for your convenience. Our septic system truly appreciates your help. <3

Pet Policy:

We’re a pet-friendly property and love welcoming furry guests. A one-pet maximum applies, along with an additional pet cleaning fee to allow for thorough cleaning after your stay. For everyone’s safety and comfort, pets must remain on a leash at all times and are not permitted in the pool. Thank you for understanding.

Animals on the Property

Our goats sometimes free-range across the property and may wander nearby as they enjoy the land. They are very friendly and often get along well with dogs and cats. That said, if you’re uncomfortable with them approaching or traveling with small animals, just let us know and we’ll keep them in their pen during your stay. Please note that some furry guests may chase after the goats and stress the goats out, so please make sure your pets/furry guests are on a leash at all times outside. Always be careful around the goats, they are livestock and not domesticated animals. Thanks!

You may also see our ranch dog, Frida, who accompanies our ranch hand while caring for the animals.

We also have emus in the chicken pen- they’re friendly but impressively large. Feel free to say hello from a safe distance.
