Three Graces Cabin is a true retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet only minutes from the fabulous shopping and dining of downtown Wimberley. This romantic one bedroom cabin is nestled in an idyllic grove of oaks and cedar trees along the banks of Smith Creek. The cabin is situated on a private section of 10 gorgeous Hill Country acres that are shared with the owners. Take a stroll along the creek, watch the deer graze as you enjoy your morning coffee, strum your guitar beside the fire pit, view the stars from the deluxe hot tub, have a picnic in the tree house, get cozy with your honey alongside the old fashioned wood-burning stove, and feel the stress of your daily life melt away.
In Greek mythology, the Three Graces are the Goddesses of Joy, Charm, and Beauty, three virtues that embody the spirit of Three Graces Cabin. Here you get the privacy and serenity of a country cabin with the amenities of modern life, including wifi. The cedar canopy bed and much of the furniture in Three Graces was designed and constructed by the owner, a professional woodworker. Every detail was selected to complement the rustic furnishings with a modern twist. At Three Graces the owners are environmentally conscious. They offer full recycling, use environmentally friendly dish soap and laundry detergent, provide recycled paper products, offer a reverse-osmosis filtration system to eliminate the need for bottled water, and landscape with native low-water plants.
We are confident that Three Graces Cabin will exceed your expectations. Just read some of the comments from the previous guests. The owners really go out of their way to add those special touches to make your trip complete, such as leaving fresh eggs from their hens in the fridge (when the chickens can keep up) and local, organic coffee. You won’t want to leave Three Graces, but you can always come back for another visit!
Note: We have a two night minimum policy, but when there is a single night gap in the schedule we are willing to accept single night bookings for an additional $25.
Pets allowed at $50 per pet and we ask that you leave cash or check for the pet fee with the keys upon checkout. Pets must be declared to the owners in advance, preferably at the time of booking. We ask that if dogs are left unattended at the cabin that they be crated and that they remain on leash while on our property if they might be inclined to chase a cat, chicken or child. Thanks!
Interaction with Guests
We strive to give our guests as much privacy as possible during their stay. However, we love to meet new people, so if you see us in passing and are feeling friendly, don't hesitate to strike up a conversation!
Here are our house rules. Please treat our cabin with the same care and respect you would expect from visitors in your own home. Thank you!
*Check-in time is 4:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am. Please be mindful of these times, as the cleaning staff is on a tight schedule. Thanks!
*We allow pets at $50 per pet. Please be prepared to leave a check or cash for the pet fee, if applicable. We also ask that dogs remain on leash on our property if they might be inclined to chase a cat, chicken, or child. Please crate dogs when left alone in the cabin.
*Smoking is only permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts.
*If you wish to enjoy the fire pit, please respect burn bans, avoid lighting a fire in high winds, burn only wood, and put out the fire with the hose before turning in for the night. We strive to keep a supply of firewood for our guests, but can’t guarantee it. You can always find firewood at the Exxon station on RR12, if needed.
*There is a reverse osmosis filtration system on the kitchen sink which provides excellent drinking water. Therefore, there's no need to buy bottled water!
*This house has a septic system. PLEASE BE GENTLE. Do not flush any feminine products or non-degradable items down the toilet and dispose of kitchen grease in the trash when cool.
*At check out time, please place all trash and recycling in the appropriate cans at the entrance to the drive (by the Three Graces Cabin sign) and wash all dirty dishes.
*The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
My wife and I loved the cabin. It was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. Camp fires, hot tub, hill country...It was amazing. Thanks Jennifer and Gregory!
The listing was very accurate and the cabin was very welcoming. From the farm fresh eggs to the bag of local Austin coffee, we were made to feel right at home. The hot tub was excellent on the cold nights we were there, and the cabin was conveniently located just a few miles from downtown Wimberley. It was a great location to celebrate our first anniversary, and we'll likely celebrate future anniversaries there as well.
Exactly what me and my wife needed. The cabin was warm and cozy. Perfect spot to sit by the creek or lay back in the hot tub. Jennifer and Gregory were also very responsive and helpful leading up to the trip.
Loved our stay at the cabin! Everything was exactly as pictured and perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Gregory and Jennifer were very helpful with answering questions as we prepared for our trip. Would love to return at some point!
What a wonderful place to lay your head for a weekend. My fiancé and I really enjoyed the simple and elegant cabin. Everything was perfect, easy, and relaxing.
Just what we were looking for! A quiet peaceful retreat close enough to town but far enough away to get away from it all. We had deer in the yard both mornings and the cabin was perfect for two people. Loved the fresh eggs and coffee waiting for us when we arrived :)
Jennifer and Gregory were great hosts. The small touches were really great, including fresh eggs in the fridge when we arrived. This is a great little place and we really enjoyed the two nights that we spent here. My wife and I would gladly stay here again next time we are in Texas!
