Comfortable Cottage. All amenities. Sidewalk to our back door. Private. Quiet. Centrally located in town. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Queen sized bed, Full-sized sofa bed in LR, WI-FI, TV, A/C, Gas Heat, Washer and Dryer, Fenced and Gated. Off-street parking.

The space
Large yard, fenced and gated. Bamboo provides a perfect screen at the cottage back door. Herb garden on the patio. The Azaleas are quite spectacular in the spring. The Camellias gorgeous in the fall and winter. Something is always blooming. The coral vine, hydrangeas, crinums, swamp sunflowers, magnolias, dogwoods, gardenias, ginger, 4 o-clocks, beautyberry and the confederate rose provide us a rich environment for all manner of birds. We love to watch them.

Entire cottage is fully equipped. All cotton linens. Your own patio. BBQ Grill is available. Off street parking, completely fenced. Your own laundry room. My favorite? The large bathtub perfect for a soak, with shower. We are a friendly bunch. An outdoor fire is a cool weather favorite past time. Many times fresh produce is available from our garden.

Other things to note
Downtown entertainment district is a short drive down Government Blvd. Music, Art, Food is great. AirBus and Brookley are easy access from I-10. In Mobile, Mardi Gras parades, St Patrick's day parade, ArtWalk, live music, high school sports, all convenient from here. We really are centrally located.

Friendly. Grocery, Gas, Shopping, all close by. Costco, Target, Best Buy, Sams Club, Lowes, Home Depot, the list goes on. Many restaurants. The best one? Osmons, hands down. Less than 5 minutes away. Must have a reservation. It is that good.

We love our home! This cottage is at the back of our home. Renovated and very comfortable for a couple. Queen size in BR, Sofa sleeper in LR. Kitchen fully equipped. Laundry room. Huge yard, lots of trees, Azaleas, Camellias, more. We are fenced. Off street parking Birds are regularly at our feeders. Students stay with us long-term. It’s a great place to study, convenient to all schools.
