Adorable Beach Cottage, lovingly decorated, 1.5 Blocks from the beach, in the Venice Canal neighborhood. This cottage is not directly on the canal; it's behind the larger cottage, which is on the water. Pictures show you the canal neighborhood. Includes 1 boat, laundry, parking, beach chairs & beach towels, welcome coffee, HDTV, WiFi full kitchen, sleeps 4; has 1 Queen bed+ 2 Twin beds. It's a studio so all sleep in the same room. It's small but adorable and in a great location.

The space
If dates you need are not available, book anything available, and then we can talk so I can explain dates, etc. There is a shared outdoor eating area with BBQ, as well as a shared laundry area with soap provided! You have use of a shared boat. There is so much to do that you probably won't spend that much time in the cottage, but there is a full kitchen with just about everything you'd need. TV with premium channels, a DVD player, Hi-Speed WiFi, key-less access, free off-street parking, etc.

Other things to note
There is another rental cottage on the same property. You will be sharing some facilities such as laundry, outdoor table, and BBQ, bikes can be rented nearby at 21 W. Washington blvd at "Venice Bike and Skate" ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). This is within walking distance from the cottage, just steps from the beach and bike path.

Neighborhood highlights

The Venice Canal neighborhood is among the most unique and beautiful in all of LA. The historic canals were built at the turn of the 20th century and continue to be a secret gem in LA that most LA residents don't even know about. It's a very small enclave of nice homes right on the canals. This guest house is behind a main house so this guest house is not right on the water but just steps away from the canal and you have access a row boat. But this is a quiet, high end part of Venice, not a party place. Please act accordingly.
