Enjoy super clean, great value, cool, eclectic midcentury modern 1st floor home w/central air. Comfy new beds, linens, appliances, & updates throughout for your relaxing pleasure. 5 minutes by car to "wonderfall" Niagara Falls USA & bridge to Canada. There's so much to see & do! Need help planning or need suggestions, let me know as we're happy to help. We are lifelong residents & know inside tips! The space
5 minute drive to Niagara Falls & all of the attractions. Our keyless self-check-in first floor lower apartment is super clean, quiet, comfortable, homey, and decorated in a midcentury modern theme. We have central air conditioning for better and more consistent overall comfort throughout the entire house. Everything is sourced locally, clean and in good condition. We have new, comfortable mattresses and beautiful bedroom furniture. Our sheets are 800 thread count and the towels are soft and spa-like. We provide shampoo, soap, starter toiletries and a Keurig coffee pot. Our kitchen has new, large appliances, well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for your convenience. We want you to feel at home and enjoy our space. Experienced hosts for over 25 years, our reviews speak volume and we strive to provide every guest with value, clean, and a fun experience. We are certified in short term renting.

Please note, our street has free alternate parking. See rules below. It's very easy to follow or just watch how everyone is parking and take their lead. If you have questions, please let me know.

The neighborhood is typical for a major city and we advise exercising caution as with any large, tourist city. Please keep your possessions with or on you and keep windows and doors locked at the house. Neighbors respect one another. Houses in the area may be run down. Niagara Falls has its issues with poverty. Alternate street parking overnight is strictly enforced and based on even/odd addresses. We are an even address. Please read our reviews.

As a host for the past 26 years in our own home, this may be one of the most noble things we can do. In a world where there is a lot of division, hostility, and cynicism, being able to welcome people into an environment we’ve created for them and doing so without prejudice, judgment, and hopefully learning from and sharing with others —is an incredible experience. If only more host stories could be told to counterbalance the more cynical view that we take on the world, we’d be better off. That’s what we came away with in this whole journey and even more now. My children have been given an opportunity to learn and exchange culture at a very young age; even extended family and school community participated as some of our guests taught in the school. We believe this helped guide our children and community to a better understanding to life and multicultural differences yet we all learned, grew, and benefited from the relationships formed. It wasn’t my intent to better myself, but I really do feel like we have benefited more.
