Fresh bed linen and towels (1x large, 1x small) are included once and reduces the weight of your luggage.

Your guest room is in a 4-room-apartment of 85 sqm on the 3rd floor with elevator. There are all in all 3 guest rooms in the apartment and my workplace. You can see the other guest rooms by clicking at my profile.
Myself I do live now in an other city district of Berlin, but I used to live 20 years in Prenzlauer Berg. I squatted an apartment in Februar 1990, that was between the time when the wall came down and before the reunion of east and west. If you want to know more about this time, just ask.

The MiFi is a perfect complement to your smartphone, iPod or tablet PC, because you can take it anywhere and have not only internet in the room, but also on your way though the city. You can connect up to 5 devices to the internet at the same time. But you should take controll about amount of the exchanged datas, otherwise it might get very expensive to you.

Interaction with Guests
You are a runner? Wy not running a lap together (from 20 mins-120 mins; speed 5,5-8 mins/km = pace)? I started in November 2013 with running, HM 2:06 on 31 Mar 2015 and now I'm training for the Berlin Marathon in September 2015.
** M2 in 5 minutes to Alexanderplatz (24hour-tram)
** U2 Senefelder Platz (underground)
- do not disturb our (sensitive) neighbors and the other guests
- non smoking area in the ENTIRE house, including windows and patio/backyard
- shoes off inside the apartment (slippers, socks are ok)
- leave the bathroom in a condition that the next guest likes to use it (e.g. remove toothpaste in sink, hair from shower, dry the floor)
- turn off the light when leaving the apartment
- if you have windows open, please turn off the heating. To avoid mold due to high humidity would you mind airing the room a couple of times a day for a view minutes with fully open window and room door? Oh, and please don't put anything on the heaters.

Gritta war super nett und gab uns zahlreiche tolle tips. das zimmer war einwandfrei und wir haben unseren aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Great location, very close to Alexanderplatz with Tram M2. Gritta was very helpful and spent about an hour giving us some tips on what to do and see in Berlin. The apartment is modern. The shared bathroom is small but the other guests seemed to have a different routine compared to ours so this was not a problem. The kitchen is small but good. The only downside were the mattress (very hard, not very comfortable) and pillows were not very good.
I would recommend Gritta's place.
This is a great place! The apartment was clean and Gritta gave us an introduction to Berlin and maps of the city. The location is great for exploring Berlin. There are many nice places to eat breakfast within walking distance from the flat, and the subway connects you to everything you would want to see in Berlin.
Very welcoming and easy to talk too. A definite effort was made by Gritta to give us material and share expertise on the city. The room was clean, secure with locks, and had good quality furniture. The beds being able to separate was a nice touch. We vastly enjoyed our stay in Berlin.
Gritta is a perfect hostess. The accommodation structure is true to advertised, comfortable, clean and with everything necessary for the stay. Gritta was patient with our late, always giving appropriate advice and offering the best to the guests. The location is the apartment is fantastic.
I recommend it to everyone !!! :)
