This was our first experience actually staying in an airbnb with the hosts and we thought it was really nice that they made the effort to organise check in so they were there to greet us and give a more personal introduction. They gave us loads of great tips for the area and did everything they could to make us feel at home, even asking us to join them for a delicious pudding Paul had made one night. The house has everything you need and the private bathroom is a real plus. We were also able to use their kitchen to cook a meal one night. In terms of location, this was an excellent find. The Cooper Young district felt really safe and had loads of good cafes and bars within walking distance to the house. It was also easy to drive to all the local attractions. As they mention in their description of the property, the house is close to a railway line and the trains run through the night so you will hear the horns during the night. This wasn't a massive problem for us but if you're a light sleeper just be aware of this. Overall this was a great place to stay and I'd highly recommend it.

Paul and Jonathan are wonderful, warm and welcoming gentlemen with a truly gorgeous home. I messed up the booking and needed to push it back a day as well as needing to check in late into the evening but nothing was too much trouble for them. Beautiful home in a lovely neighbourhood with a fantastic shower!

Paul and Jonathan were the perfect hosts! They made us feel welcome in their home, which is gorgeous! The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with great water pressure. They provided great recommendations on restaurants and were fun and interesting to talk with. I would definitely want to stay with them again when we make it back to Memphis.

This house is in a fabulous neighborhood with so many great restaurants, shops, and sites to see within walking distance or a pleasant drive. Paul and Jonathan were gracious hosts, and made sure we were comfortable, had what we needed, etc. We were only in town overnight, but would have loved to have had more time to try more of the local places they recommended eating and shopping at. A great value!
