About this listing
I'm doing something different. My condo is now renovated - updated kitchen and bathrooms. I have the best roommate and the sweetest pup AND a loft. So I'm renting out the loft with a queen size air mattress for a super affordable price for the vagabond individual or couple!
The condo is an open floor plan with innumerable windows making it bright and sunny during the day and serene at night.
The loft is quaint and cozy with plenty of access to the bathroom and kitchen.
Guests will have access to WiFi, kitchen, bathroom (with shower/tub), hot tub (open 365 days a year), tennis courts, pool (closed Labor day to Memorial day), wood burning fireplace, park and dog park, running trails and a three-ring binder with information on local hikes, Boulder restaurants, breweries, bars, bus schedules, and more!
Interaction with guests
I interact with my guests. I enjoy getting to know you and I am a busy bee. You will experience spaciousness and seclusion while staying at my place, as well as some company here and there.
This neighborhood is lovely. The condo is located a few miles from the Boulder Rolfing institute, 5 blocks from the new Avery Brewing Company, across the street from Celestial Tea Seasonings and within walking distance to parks, trails and Twin Lakes and Boulder res. The complex is well maintained with impeccable grounds.
For Boulder, it is green and colorful.
There are numerous buses that come within a 3-10 minute walk of this complex.
Other things to note
This apartment is mostly available via the private room but if you are a larger party looking for a long week or weekend stay, I would be happy to rent out the entire apartment (two bedrooms, two bathrooms). This place could easily host 6 comfortably, with more on couches and the floor. The rent would change but we could negotiate that when/if you're interested.
Respect and trust are the most important aspects in my home. If there's that, what else could I ask for?
Well one thing, no smoking in the unit. Cigarettes and weed outside por fa!
I graduated one year ago from Naropa University's MA in Contemplative Psychotherapy & Buddhist Psychology Program. I moved here from Iowa and although my heart will always be there, I love traveling, I love trying new places and I love living in Boulder. Whether enjoying an afternoon brew, a hike in the flat irons, or a quick trip down to Denver - I have found Boulder living to be quite a delight.
