The space
Upon entrance into the home, you’ll encounter an expansive and bright open concept that includes a seating area with a large flat screen TV, a dining table for six, and a spacious kitchen with a long island and stainless steel appliances.
The large master bedroom overlooks the pool, offers direct access through a patio alcove, and has a spectacular en-suite.
A second bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, lots of natural light and a dedicated workspace.
The third bedroom also houses a large, plush bed and comes equipped with a private bathroom.
Outside, experience a private oasis—enjoy a swim in the luxurious and impeccably-maintained pool, find peace in the natural elements surrounding the space or relax on the patio or deck, all of which is enclosed by a tall privacy fence.

If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time, there is a fee of $100.
Exceed O.K. is proud to offer a luxury stay that’s as eco-friendly as it is comfortable. Please relax and make yourself at home! Normal signs of use, like light scuffs or minor marks, are expected. If you notice anything beyond that when you first arrive, kindly send us a quick message with photos. We also ask that you follow the towel suggestions posted in the bathrooms to help us keep our space clean and sustainable for everyone.
Other things to note
The home is quite tech-savvy, but don't worry, there will be a manual that will walk you through each feature and if that's still not enough, I'm a quick phone call away.
At your request we offer paid, elevated amenities such as an on-site chef, on-site masseuse and picnics. Most of these services require advanced preparation so please inquire ASAP.
Please note that our backyard is a haven of greenery, which can occasionally attract some friendly insects. The beautiful foliage creates a serene and private atmosphere but also means you might encounter a few bugs. Not to worry, our dedicated pest control service visits weekly to ensure your stay remains comfortable and hassle-free.
In addition, we want to be transparent and give you a heads-up: as this neighborhood is in a period of transition, some of the homes in the area are older and have yet to be renovated. One property that past guests have mentioned in reviews was an abandoned house nearby. We’re happy to report that this house has since been completely demolished, and a new construction project has been completed.
