A new apartment located off the main road, close to town. Gas hot water, gas cooktop & unlimited wifi. Free carparking with flexibility to walk to town or drive a bit further. Smart TV & Netflix. Smoke Free.
Your apartment is close to public transport & pick up locations for buses. One bedroom has two singles but the ability to convert to a king bed. A Queen bed in the other bedroom; this offers versatility for couples, solo , small families and business travellers.

The space
Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings or walk up to the gondola or into town. Your own kitchen and bathroom are all on the same level as living and bedrooms. Stairs to enter the apartment are accessed from the carpark. There is a handy outdoor clothesline and grass area beside the creek. The spacious living area provides for plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home, kept warm with the heat pump and sun streaming in during the day.
2 lovely spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds which provide the perfect resting place after a busy day sightseeing around Queenstown.
The front room offers a comfortable Queen Bed. The second room offers 2 single beds which are designed to combine to create a King bed if desired for couples.
Whether you are travelling as 2 couples or one couple and 1-2 singles, or 3 singles, we can accommodate your group.

There is onsite car parking, one car per apartment, The stair access is wide and lit well at night with glow sensor strips.
Wifi is also included in the night rate.

There are a mix of permanent residents and short stay guests in the apartment block, so please do be mindful of all other residents and respect the peace and quiet of our location.
No parties with outside visitors please, and all entertainment to be contained with volume off or inside after 10pm.

Across the business carpark beside us, is Raeward Fresh, offering the best quality fruits and vegetables, complete with a deli, dry stores and superb cafe. 100m further along the road is a supermarket and petrol station.
Bus stops for Mountain transfers and Milford Sound pick ups are just across the road behind us.

I love to pop in and say hi to my guests, but often don't make it at a time that finds them at home, which leaves my guests to self check in and enjoy their wonderful Queenstown holiday undisturbed.
