  • Sharon was great! The cottage is so cute, it's beyond cozy. The neighborhood was nice and the whole thing was just so easy. Will absolutely stay here again, and boston is kind of a driving city, only took us 10 mins into the downtown area.

  • "The Barn" is a lovely place to wake up! Not much more needs be said. Sharon was a pleasure to deal with, a gracious host.

Oh, worth a mention. The Barn isn't too far from the highway. I was worried about noise. No problem, I couldn't even hear it standing outside.

  • Our experience with Sharons place was good. Very clean , and nice privacy. neighborhood was very nice, especially Buffs Pub for beers and wings. My recommendation for Sharon is to have WiFi available to her guests and to be a little more the hostess to her arriving guests especially after all long drive. Have ice available for guests. Be the best host one can be when running a bnb. A host cant do enough for there guest. Other then that a good experience.

  • We had a great stay in this converted barn. There is a lot of room to spread out and as much privacy as you'd like. Sharona was very responsive to any questions and made it vey easy. We'd definitely stay again..

  • I love this place! Very cozy and private. i shouldn't tell others about it because then it won't be available when I need it.:)
The upstairs heater was a great addition as the nights can get very cold in Boston in the winter.

  • Absolutely charming and romantic place!!! My girlfriend and I enjoyed the space. Its incredibly clean and charming. There are two bathrooms and the showers were hot! Sharon is a gracious host and had everything ready. We were stuck in Boston due to Hurricane Sandy and Sharon called her friends to make arrangements for alternate places to stay. Will definetly stay here next time I am in Boston. I cannot comment on the public transportation because we rented a car and the drive was 10 minutes to downtown Boston. Overall, A++. Very happy.

  • Beautiful apartment! Clean, easy and different! Just perfect to watch he Head of the Charles and relax! Great hosts!

  • Nice and private place to stay, for us a little further out of town than we realised and although the buses were regular the weekend service didn't go directly into town which meant a subway connection to downtown. Sharona's recommendation for the local Coal fired Pizza place was great. Nice and spacious area upstairs, and the accommodation had everything we needed. Tony and Glenys NZ

  • Had a wonderful stay at Sharona's. Although she was out of town she made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is great too. At first I was concerned about getting transportation to and from Newton since we did not rent a car but there are buses through regularly and transportation was no problem. I would recommend Sharona's to others and would definitely stay again. Great value!

  • We (my boyfriend and I) really enjoyed our stay at Sharona's barn! It is very spacious, romantic and welcoming, and the roof windows beautifully let the morning light in! The bus station is on the corner and you have a direct bus to Boston downtown. Best suited and highly recommended for a weekend in Boston!
