Located in a very quiet condominium the property is 10 minutes walking from the Vatican Museum and S. Peter. The apartment consists of an entrance, a fully furnished live-in kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven, a small balcony (with washing machine), a bathroom with shower and a large room with a double bed (provided of all the linen and blankets), a sofa, satellite TV, and a free WiFi access.

The apartment is located in a very nice and friendly area, very close to San Peter and Vatican Museum. It is also possible to walk to the city centre or get the metro A (the metro station CIPRO is 5 minutes walking) or one of the several buses that run in the area (a bus stop is just few steps from the apartment). The apartment is at a short walking to many convenient pizzeria, bar and restaurants and good ice cream parlours. A supermarket and an ATM are just off the main entrance of the building. A cheap local market (Trionfale) is 5 minutes walking.
If you are looking to hit the shopping of Rome, the apartment is at an excellent location, near Cola di Rienzo road.

We had a great time at Federica's flat. The flat was very nice and clean and Federica was a great host! She met us when we arrived, helped us with our bags, and even provided a baby cot for our three month old, which was above and beyond expectations. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Federica!
We have stayed in many airbnb flats in Europe during our year long travels and Federica's home was a favorite. She has great personal style - it was definitely an opportunity to live in someone's home. She was there to greet us and show us around ... and she was very helpful with details about the area, and how to get to her apartment from the airport.
The apartment is small, but well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great. The location was also good. A little off the touristic path, but easy walking distance to Vatican City (don't miss the museum!) and actually the center of Rome isn't too far if you like walking (which we do). There are lots of restaurants along the way and a good grocery store almost next door to the apartment. It was nice to be in a 'real' neighborhood. We definitely recommend this apartment.
Fede was a great host. The apartment wa perfect: clean, quiet, exactly as shown on the pictures and everything that you need for a short or longer stay is available. Totally recommended!
Our stay was great! We loved Federica's apartment and felt right at home. Federica herself is a wonderful host, helpful, accommodating and quick with answers to any questions and queries. Still, as a guest you do have your own space. Perfect!
Fede's flat is a perfect home away from home. Located close to transportation, a terrific restaurant right next door and a great little grocery store, staying here is the perfect option. We will definitely be back.
Wow! For our first experience with using Airbnb and being in Rome, it was really a great experience that went very smoothly. We had a later evening flight and arrival to Rome, and Federica greeted us at her apartment and graciously showed us around and gave us all the info we needed about local transport and general information. Her (personal apartment-which being a first timer here and didn't realize) was very tastefully decorated for a small one bedroom. She had obviously thought of where every picture and trinket would go, and it gave for a really homey and creative surrounding. I really loved her sense of style in decor and how tidy and organized the apartment was when we arrived. The location seemed great for it was literally around the corner from the Vatican, and steps away from the metro or a taxi pick up (if walking was going to be too far). There was a nice restaurant right at the entrance for a convenient meal, and not far up the road places for coffee, or shopping. The Prati area felt safe to walk in and we never seemed to far once we gained our bearings of Rome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Federica's apartment was perfect as our home away from home after long days out in the city, to come in and relax. Thank you!
The apartment was absolutely perfect in every way. Federica was a fantastic host. My husband and I travelled to Rome with our toddler and Fede even arranged for a baby cot for us to use. She also provided us with fresh milk for my daughter to drink on arrival. We arrived to the apartment very late and she waited patiently for us also. The apartment is in a perfect location. It is only a short walk to Vatican City and St. Peter's church. There is a supermarket less than a block away which was very convenient. The train station was also only 2 blocks away. We loved staying at the apartment and will definitely stay there again when we return to Rome. I highly recommend the apartment!
We did not have the opportunity to meet Fede herself as she was in holidays but we have been warmly welcome by Mario. Although we did not meet Fede, we have been continually in contact by email or SMS. She has prepared everything to welcome us in her small, but cosy and practical apartment. The apartment is well positioned to visit Roma & Vatican and practical for our daily life.
Fede has a great place literally next to the Vatican!
Despite the weather we were able to check out all of the sites in Rome and at the same time feel like a local! Be sure to check out the the seafood restaurant next to her place it was our favorite meal in Rome.
The description was spot on. Don't hesitate to rent from her.
Federica's flat is in a fantastic location--near the Vatican and about 5 minutes from the Metro. (The flat is also very clean!) There are several restaurants and a supermarket on the same street too. Federica was very helpful, kind, and arrived on time to meet us. We hope to visit Rome again soon!
