The space

This is the flat where I usually live, so I kindly ask to my guests to take care of the apartment and to pay maximum attention to cleanliness!

Located in a very quiet condominium, the apartment consists of an entrance, with a dining table, a fully furnished kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven, a small balcony (with washing machine), a bathroom with shower and a large room with a double bed (provided of all the linen and blankets), a sofa, satellite TV, and a free WiFi access.
The apartment is suitable for 2 people and – on request – can be provided with extra bed for children.

The apartment is located in a very nice and friendly area, very close to San Peter and Vatican Museum. It is also possible to walk to the city centre or get the metro A (the metro station CIPRO is 5 minutes walking) or one of the several buses that run in the area (a bus stop is just few steps from the apartment). The apartment is at a short walking to many convenient pizzeria, bar and restaurants and good ice cream parlours. A supermarket and an ATM are just off the main entrance of the building. A cheap local market (Trionfale) is 5 minutes walking.
If you are looking to hit the shopping of Rome, the apartment is nearby an excellent location, Cola di Rienzo road.

From Fiumicino airport:
- get the train “Leonardo Express” to Termini Station. It leaves every 30 minutes and takes 30 minutes to get to the station (the one way ticket is 14 Euros)
From Termini station:
- get the metro (A line) and get off at CIPRO station (7 stops).

We visited in May and stayed a couple of nights. Great location walking distance to Vatican museums. Easy access to metro and public buses. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close to food options including Conad supermarket and fruit stands and local restaurants. Federica was very nice and accommodating. We would stay again.

Federica is a wonderful host! My mother and I took a mother / daughter trip to Rome. The flight was delayed a half hour and even though Federica was late for work, she waited to meet me. It was very nice of her. Her apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. It is located in a lovely neighborhood. The neighborhood is family friendly with plenty of near-by restaurants, a bank, a grocery store, gelato shops, a cafe, and a Catholic Church. Also, a TIM and Vodafone store is within walking distance if you need to buy a SIM card. The metro is safe to travel on and is only a 5 minute walk from her apartment which will take you everywhere you need to go. It took 20 minutes to the steps of St. Peter's Square on foot and her backyard is enclosed by one of the old, Vatican walls! The internet worked well the entire week and her washing machine came in handy as we packed light. I would definitely suggest her apartment for your trip to Rome!

We really had a GREAT stay at Federicas apartment. It is located between two metro stations that can be reached quickly (~ 5 minute walk). A supermarket is just 1 minute away. You can also walk to the vatican. The flat itself is very clean and cosy. We loved to stay there very much and we had everything we needed. Federica was very flexible regarding our arrival and departure time and she sent some infos how to get to the flat best upfront. The flat is not situated in the city center but you just need approx. 15 minutes by metro. We'd definitively would come again. Thanks for the great stay! :-)

We had a great time at Federica's flat. The flat was very nice and clean and Federica was a great host! She met us when we arrived, helped us with our bags, and even provided a baby cot for our three month old, which was above and beyond expectations. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Federica!

We have stayed in many airbnb flats in Europe during our year long travels and Federica's home was a favorite. She has great personal style - it was definitely an opportunity to live in someone's home. She was there to greet us and show us around ... and she was very helpful with details about the area, and how to get to her apartment from the airport. The apartment is small, but well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great. The location was also good. A little off the touristic path, but easy walking distance to Vatican City (don't miss the museum!) and actually the center of Rome isn't too far if you like walking (which we do). There are lots of restaurants along the way and a good grocery store almost next door to the apartment. It was nice to be in a 'real' neighborhood. We definitely recommend this apartment.
