Country setting engulfed in a flower farm only 3 minutes off 89 perfectly nestled between mountains that boast hiking, skiing and mountain biking and the best of Vermont's brewery and restaurant scene. Within 30 minutes to Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, Stowe and Bolton Valley (night skiing!) for your outdoor adventures. With Waitsfield and Waterbury being less than 15 minutes away, it's an easy drive to two of the finest breweries, Lawsons and Prohabition Pig, that Vermont has to offer.
The space
Garage space available for one car and plenty of additional space for ski and snowboard equipment in the garage or breezeway. Sledding hill in the back perfect for fun with the kids. From February to April the owners will be accessing the basement through the outside hatch to start our annual flower plants. We will only do so from 9-4 and will not go through the house. A perk for you is an inside look at a flower farm!
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire property. During the summer months, guest are also welcome to check out the grounds at our place next door (Farmhouses Flowers VT).
Other things to note
During the months of February-early April, the basement will be used for starting seeds for our flower farm. We will access the basement through the bulkhead only (not through the house) and only between the times of 9-4. Please let us know if you have any questions.
