This space is worth the climb to the 3rd floor. Lots of natural light. Walls were removed so the living, dining room and kitchen seamlessly flow together. All new bedding, including pillowtop mattresses and linens. New flooring in kitchen and dining rooms. All new carpeting. Views from the windows give you a panoramic view of the world outside. The building tends to be relatively quiet. Over-sized leather chair, loveseat and ottoman. Pics do not do justice to this place!

Other things to note
We are very serious regarding observance of house rules and the NO SMOKING regulations in this building. Please, if you are a smoker, you may need to consider a different listing. We have a long term tenant on the 2nd floor with extreme sensitivity to cigarette smoke and he is fighting health issues. The MINIMUM fine per violation is $500.

The apartment building is close to everything in Washington, including a local laundromat, the W&J College, the hospital , gas stations and lots of restaurants along route 19 where you can connect to the freeway. Please review the house manual which has maps to different locations.
