This two bedroom apartment has a King size bed and one queen size bed. New kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. New tiled showers in beautiful renovated bathrooms.50 Inch tv ready for streaming. Complimentary WiFi, Gated Complex, Private Patio.

-Mins away from Von's, Walgreens, McDonald's, Starbucks, restaurants, and shops
-20 mins to Palm Springs & 40 mins to Joshua Tree

Full and Private access to the Apartment and its small private patio in the back. The apartment complex is fully gated. Front yard has shared community area consisting on large oak picnic table and seating area, that all can enjoy,

Other things to note
Parking: Even though their is no assigned parking spots are our property there is plenty of street parking. We are the only property on our street, cul-de-sac, you can park right in front of the apartment complex or along the curb.

Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations.

Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.
