We are located one block from the 900 South TRAX stop for the red, blue and green lines leading: Downtown, Gallivan Center, Delta Center, Gateway, Courthouse, City Creek Mall, Temple Square, Salt Lake City International Airport, Salt Palace, Fairpark, City Library, Trolley Square, University of Utah Campus, University Medical Center. Our hot tubs are serviced daily for your use only. This quaint Victorian-style duplex is located on a private, quiet dead-end street. No one is above or below you!
The space
Side-by-side duplex. Victorian cottage style duplex. You have one side with an attached fenced yard and a hot tub for your exclusive use.
-Private and exclusive 76" square 6-person hot tub (serviced daily!) in a fenced-in yard
-1 Bedroom (King Bed) + 1 Bathroom
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of their own fenced-in backyard. Pets must be accompanied by the guest when outside during the hot tub servicing hours of 9 am-3 pm. Pets cannot be left in the backyard when the guest is not on the premises.
Other things to note
There is no additional guest parking on this small and private street. If your vehicle is longer than 16 feet, it will stick out into the street and must be parked on the main road outside the street.
There is a $25 nightly pet fee for each pet. The pet must be disclosed when booking, and the pet fee must be paid before check-in.
Please pick up your pet droppings as soon as possible. It is not allowed to leave pets alone in the backyard when you are not on the premises.
Hot tub maintenance personnel will service the hot tubs daily between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please make sure no pets are left unattended in the backyard.
Boxelder bugs are extremely common pests in the state of Utah.
These insects are considered a significant nuisance pest as they can reproduce quickly but do not cause much structural damage. These bugs are also not considered to be a health hazard to humans.
Although we do our best to keep them out of the apartment, adult Boxelder bugs typically can fly several blocks and can sometimes travel as far as two miles, making it difficult to eradicate them!
You may encounter them inside our units or anywhere in the city, especially in extremely hot or cold temperatures when they do anything to get inside. Please help by keeping doors closed.
Ants are also rampant in Utah. Whether camping, having a picnic, or working in the yard, you will likely see a colony of ants. You may also see them inside, especially if sweets are left out or crumbs accumulate on the floor. We regularly treat our places for these pests, but you may encounter them. Please help by keeping crumbs off the floor and the doors shut.
