Lovely well equipped studio in Paris 18th between Montmartre and Canal St Martin. The accommodation is 20m2 + a small loft (sleeps 4 possible). Located on the ground floor of a building (courtyard), it is silent and has been recently renovated.

The two subways (Métro LA CHAPELLE / Line 2 and STALINGRAD / Line 7) are both 200 m from the studio.

:::::::::: Subway ::::::::::
Métro La Chapelle / Line 2 is 200 m from the studio >
Direct line to Montmartre (2 stops) and Père-Lachaise cimetery (7 stops).
Around same place, the bus 48 can bring you directly to the Louvre Museum.
Métro Stalingrad / Line 7 is 200 m from the studio > direct to Opéra (direct transfer from/to Roissybus CDG airport), Musée du Louvre, Pont-neuf (old Paris: Notre-Dame, …) and Chatelet (center of Paris)..
With taxi from the 2 airport (CDG or Orly), it will take around 30/45mn depending of the queue, the hour and the traffic (30/40€ for 2 people…). I recommend you this way, specially if you're not in the rush hour traffic. The fact is that lot of tourists are losing themselves in the subway and take 1h30/2h to reach the studio…:-)
:::::::::: From/to Charles de Gaulle Airport ::::::::::
> with TAXI: from the 2 airport (CDG or Orly), it will take around 30/45mn depending of the queue, the hour and the traffic (35/45€ for 3 people…+2€ for the 4th passenger, and extras depending on luggages). I recommend you this way, specially if you're not in the rush hour traffic. If you are 3 or 4, it's the most interesting way, cause it will cost you almost same price with public transport.
> with SUBWAY: take the RER B (blue line > direction Robinson or St Rémy lès Chevreuse / 8,5€/personn) from the terminal airport till Gare du Nord station.
> with BUS: If you prefer coming from the airport by bus, you can take the Roissybus that brings you to Opéra station (10€), and after take the line 7 till STALINGRAD (200m from the studio).
:::::::::: From Orly Airport ::::::::::
The best solution is to take the Orlyval who brings you to the Gare du Nord
(30 minutes + 10 mn with Bus 48 (or 65) or 1/4h by feet).
IMPORTANT: If you're decided to book, please send me your arrival/departure time for my schedule (car, train or airport, and the means of transport from there to estimate the time you'll arrive). I'll need also the mobile phone number you will use in France...
Wish to see you in Paris.
The condo is situated at the end of the little india. So it's a multi ethnic quarter and you can eat spicy tasteful meals for cheap.
2 metros at around 200m.
> Please send me your arrival/departure time for my schedule (car, train or plane, and the means of transport from there to estimate the time you'll arrive). I'll need also the mobile phone number you will use in France...
> Thanks to close the door with the key before going outside.
>Please do not set the heater at the maximum power when you're outside.
> If you are a couple, thanks to make a choice between the sofa-bed downstairs, and the matress on the mezzanine..
Just to respect people who clean the studio, and don't give them useless work..
Description of the flat was accurate. Although from the pictures I imagined that the place was bigger than it actually was. The neighbourhood is not the one where you want to hang out but is well communicated with train and metro for getting to centre of the city. We didn't meet the host but we were given clear instructions how to get in and find the keys. So this was convenient not to have any fix hour for getting the keys.
Christian's appartment was exactly like described, everything was clean and cosy. Also, the location is great, metro station is close to the street and every Paris atraction was within 10-15 minutes. Although Christian wasn't there when we arrived, descriptions were detailed and very clear so we found everything without a problem.
Unfortunately we didn´t manage to meet the host, but nevertheless everything was made super easy for us. There were clear instructions how and from where get inside, what are the rules etc. Place itself isn´t too spacious, but it has everything you could possibly need and lets face it, considering it is Paris after all, this is a super value deal. Everything was clean and neatly set for us.
Location is nice, because it is very close (like few minutes walk) to La Chapelle metro station. There isn´t that much to see in the neighbouring area, but that is what the metro is for. All in all, a great place, highly suggest it.
Kleines, funktionales Appartment in Multikultiviertel.
Christian is an amazingly nice person. He will help you with anything you want and his apartament looks amazing. If you have any problems, expect from him nothing but willingness to solve them. Our stay in Paris was unforgettable thanks to this very cozy place.
