During your stay
Every year is different. Sometimes is my sister hosting because i am abroad, sometimes it's me because she is somewhere else. We are both very happy to have new flatmates, give them advise whenever we can and spend time with them only if they feel like... always respecting each other privacy.

the room is a bit noisy because the windows are on the street side. the costs of the cleaning lady (depending on when she comes, usually once a week) and the Wi-fi are extra
