2 primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 3 full bathrooms total plus TWO sleeper sofas - one in the living room, one in the family room so sleeps 8. Four SMART TVs!
PRIVACY across the waterway as its a nature preserve. ENJOY watching dolphins, boats, sea birds in your private backyard!

The space
FIRST FLOOR = family room, kitchen with dining nook, living room, hall full bathroom with shower/tub combo, one bedroom with king size bed and ensuite full bathroom (shower only), laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped.

SECOND FLOOR = bedroom with king bed, mini kitchenette, full bath (large walk in shower) & private deck overlooking Intracoastal waterway.

Located in quiet Indian Shores, the smallest beach community and most un commercialized. Enjoy the Town's parks/playgrounds, tasty restaurants, tennis pickleball courts, famous wild sea bird sanctuary.

Two story family home has large fenced backyard with dock. Bring your fishing pole & boat! (extra charge for boat)

Public boat ramp only 4 blocks north. Pet friendly!
Great big patio with lots of chairs has loads of room for BBQs - gas grill. Beach chairs, toys, wagon included.
Outdoor shower. Easy walk across street to get to beach! Enjoy fabulous sunrises and sunsets! Best of both worlds!
