With a large, well equipped gourmet kitchen and sleeping capacity for 13 this immaculately maintained home is ready for your retreat, girlfriend weekend, family reunion or game weekend getaway!

This home has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 living spaces on the main floor. The lower daylight basement level features a game room with fusball table, media room with sleeper sofa, office area and 2 additional bedrooms with a full bathroom. The 2-car covered carport doubles as an outdoor entertaining space with a large fire table and plenty of seating for fantastic outdoor evenings!

This unique building is residence in the front and a boutique home decor store in what was the gymnasium. With separate entrances, driveways and parking and no overlap in usage of interior space, guests will not be impacted by the store hours of Mon-Fri, 10-6 and Sat 10-4...but you are invited to shop during those hours!
