The Fableist Farmhouse provides lush views of The Templeton Preserve vineyard from every angle. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and find yourself enveloped in the sweet sound of rustling leaves on vineyard vines. Blustery winds flow through the Templeton Gap to provide natural air conditioning even on the hottest days.

Good friends and good wine will find you enjoying these beautiful Central Coast evenings surrounding the fire pit.

The Master Bedroom with en-suite includes a King bed, large walk-in closet and private entrance to the backyard. Sleeps 2.

The guest bedroom is furnished with one Queen bed and one Queen sofa sleeper. Sleeps 4.

The guest bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation.

The living room is large and includes a beautiful emerald velvet couch with pull-out Queen bed. Doors to each entrance of the living room help make it just a little more private. Sleeps 2.

A bright beautiful kitchen stocked with essentials will bring a smile to any home chef.

The backyard provides beautiful views of this working vineyard.

During the fall and spring, you may catch the crews working hard on this SIP-Certified Vineyard.

Guests are welcome to roam the property. We have a tasting room on site that will provide complimentary tastings to guests during their stay.

Other things to note
The Farmhouse is situated on 120 acres of vineyards. Noise from harvest machinery, crews and vehicles can be heard from time to time.
