We love dogs, but pets are not allowed under any circumstance due to condo bylaws.

Our luxurious Rocky Mountain ski-in/ski-out condo located 200 yards from the new Base Village in Snowmass Village, Colorado, and minutes from Aspen, Colorado. The condo is situated near the White River National Forest and at the base of the Snowmass ski area. With one ski pass, you can enjoy the "Power of Four" with a lift pass to all four of Aspen-Snowmass' mountains (Snowmass Mountain, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk Mountain)!
The grounds surrounding our home include water falls, streams, aspen trees, native Colorado flowers, and breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. It is situated near world-class snow skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, restaurants, biking, hiking, fly fishing and other outdoor activities.
Our home is located 75 yards from the ski slope. The ski concierge will store your gear in slopeside, secure ski/snowboard lockers and, if necessary, will have your equipment tuned (for a fee).
Our home was fully remodeled inNov. 2009. It is fully stocked and has cozy fireplace, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, BBQ, a luxurious queen-size bed, an extremely comfortable full-size sleeper sofa, lots of sunlight that fills the condo in the afternoon, and a wrap-around deck that allows views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains.
The condominium complex has 24-hour staff, housekeeping (fresh towels, linens, and bath robes at no charge; daily housekeeping is available at $40/day), a gorgeous pool with a view of the mountains, three (3) jacuzzi tubs, complementary Aspen airport shuttle pick up and drop off, local Snowmass Village shuttle, grocery shopping services, ski and snowboard rental, workout room, steam room, sauna, concierge, spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, laundry (washers & dryers) located in building, two HDTVs (one 48" and one 37"), two DVDs, a complimentary DVD library, HD cable with complimentary video On-Demand, public transportation to Aspen, and many other luxury amenities.

I love the proximity to skiing, hiking, and all of the restaurants/activities/music at Base Village.
There are shuttle buses that will take you all over Snowmass Village; free public buses will take you to/from Aspen and the other ski hills; and, a complimentary on-site shuttle van, if available, will take you to/from the airport and around Snowmass Village.
Other Things to Note
My wife and I love dogs, but dogs, cats, or any other animals are not allowed. The hot tubs and swimming pools are closed from mid-April to Memorial Day and from October to November.
ONE. Please, no bikes, no smoking, and no pets in condo. Any evidence of smoking, bikes, or pets will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
MY WIFE AND I LOVE DOGS, BUT DUE TO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION RULES, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS POLICY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
TWO. Rentals will be charged an additional $65 cleaning fee upon checkout. Please calculate this amount into your total rental offer amount.

FIVE. DAMAGE POLICY: Condo will be inspected upon check-out for damages by condominium staff. Condo is expected to be left in the condition in which it was rented, other than cleaning. Any damage to the condo will be charged to the renter via AirBnB.
SKI EQUIPMENT MUST BE STORED/KEPT OUTSIDE THE CONDO.
SKI BOOTS CANNOT BE WORN IN THE CONDO, AS THE WILL DAMAGE THE HARDWOOD FLOORS.
SIX. EARLY CHECK-IN IS BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. Check-in is 5 pm. Check-out is 10 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs will be able to store their luggage at the front desk, as well as have access to changing rooms and showers, i.e., if you have an evening flight and want to ski all day, then you can check-out at 10 a.m., leave your luggage with the front desk, ski all day, shower, change, and have the front desk staff take you to the airport for your evening flight.

We had a great experience. Matt was very accommodating in helping us reschedule due to a family emergency. Condo is clean, comfortable and very convenient to the slopes. We have rented a lot of condos over the years, and the kitchen was one of the best equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. Airport transfer was perfect- no need for a car. 5 stars!
We had a smooth and pleasant experience from booking to check out. Matt and Christine are excellent hosts and the staff at the property were great as well. The condo was perfect and felt like home and the location to the ski hill and mall is convenient. We'd love to come visit again.
Matt made a point of checking in with us prior and just after arrival. A lovely gift basket was waiting. Many amenities we didn't have to purchase were available such as coffee, tea and spices.
The location was central. We'll be back.
We just got home yesterday and we're still on cloud nine from an unbelievable week in Snowmass, thanks largely in part to Matt & Christine's accommodations.
From the start, Matt was quick to respond and communicate regarding price and dates. And he was more than helpful and informative in the days leading up to our reservation, and during our stay. He made it very clear that we could reach out to him for anything - not that we needed to though, as the condo staff were more than helpful.
The listing is completely accurate and we found the space charming and perfect. This is definitely the perfect sized unit for a couple travelling alone - the living room is cozy and comfortable with a fireplace, a TV, and ample movies on DVD! The balcony gets a ton of sun and was the perfect size for us to sit outside and enjoy our morning coffee or to BBQ steak for dinner! Speaking of steak - the kitchen was completely stocked with utensils and appliances. I made a list of things to buy for my own kitchen upon returning home! The bed was comfortable and there was no shortage of pillows or blankets! Everything looked, smelled, and felt clean! I do wish there was a washer/dryer in the unit BUT there was a laundry room down the stairs with free machines to use so I really cannot complain.
The unit itself was right next to the reception building/desk, which was very convenient given our 830pm arrival! We were given a free parking pass for our rental car and were always able to find a parking spot. The condo is located right on the main road of Snowmass Village and it was an easy drive to the market, the gas station, or the base village. The best part, in my opinion, was the proximity to the slopes (ski in/out). In 60 seconds (yes, that fast even in ski boots) we were on the Snowmass mountain snow. There is also a ski concierge building where we were able to store our boots and skis, directly next to the ski in/out access path. It could not have been any more convenient! If we skied any mountain other than Snowmass, we were able to store our skis in a ski closet outside the unit so as to not get anything wet! We had the most amazing spring skiing conditions during our stay which was totally the icing on the cake!
We would absolutely return to this cozy mountain condo! And highly recommend it to anyone looking for easy, convenient, luxury accomodations on the mountain! It felt like home immediately! Thanks Matt & Christine!
Best Ski Vacation EVER. The perfect condo, million dollar view, every possible kitchen need, including spices for those who like to cook, great Barbecue. (thanks for the coffee supply).
"REAL ski-in-out" The ski valet/shop steps away was a treat.The complex staff was five star! In Jan I spent a week at the Westin Mammoth Lakes and was treated 100% better here!. The front desk team were great but my favorite group were the young folks manning the condos van system. They were the first and last ambassadors we meet at the airport, took us shopping and were very informative.
Matt & Christine were very communicative and responded early on to every possible concern or inquiry.
I am not sure how they arranged it but we received 4 to 8 inches of fresh powder each night, thanks Matt.
ALL future trips to Aspen/Snowmass will be timed around the availability of Matt and Christine's Condo.
Absolutely perfect ski-in/ski-out (Snowmass) property. Hosts were communicative and easy to reach during the stay. Super clean and tidy and (like a previous reviewer mentioned) a well-stocked kitchen (knives, pots, pans, etc...) that we utilized daily (so much cheaper to prep your own bfast before skiing). Best parts: gorgeous view of the mountains from the living room - storybook like...and just a short walk to the hot tub/jacuzzi. Two tips: great Whole Foods in Basalt (not too far away) to stock up. And maybe spring for a maid service half-way through your stay. It would probably be worth it. Or we are just incredibly lazy...
