About this listing
My home is sunny and bright with an open concept. You will enjoy drinking coffee or tea on my back patio in the morning. After taking a long bike ride on my comfortable new cruiser bikes, you can take a shower in my beautifully tiled bathroom.
Located in a small, quiet town, my house is 10 minutes away from the Ocean City beach and the boardwalk. Also, the house is 20 minutes away from Atlantic City. My home is very open and bright. The best way to describe my home is relaxed and the rooms are immaculately clean.
Expect free coffe and tea and breakfast. Occasionally I have time to cook for guests, but I always have fresh bagels, cereal or muffins.
Feel free to cook in my large, open kitchen. Enjoy outdoor dining on my lovely stone patio in my garden. Nearby there is a bike path and I have bikes that you can ride for miles into Somers Point and Northfield. There are two boardwalks to visit-Atlantic City for the adults and Ocean City for the kids! Beautiful historic Cape May is 45 minutes south. There are several lovely beach towns along the way. Drive along the coast.
My neighborhood is a quaint old town with Japanese, Thai and Italian restaurants and shops and boutiques.
I can usually drop guests off at Atlantic City concerts, bars or casinos then they take a cab home. The bus route stops across the street.
I provide linens, towels, soap and shampoos along with beach chairs. I would be happy to refer you to the best restaurants, beaches, etc.
My house is gay friendly. Only positive people welcome.
I have Wifi and free parking.
You will have access to whatever you need...washer/dryer, hair dryer, kitchen, computer and printer, etc.
Interaction with Guests
I usually don't interact with guests much since I work long hours and usually go out on the weekends.
What I love about my neighborhood is that it is close to beaches and boardwalk, but it is quiet here. This is a very prestigious neighborhood with beautiful historic homes within walking distance.
There is a bus stop a few blocks from my house. So, it is convenient to get to Ocean City or Atlantic City.
Please do not smoke in my house. Please let me know what time you will arrive.
Our host was very hospitable and made us feel right at home. Very accommodating and open to any questions we may have had. Clean home in a clean neighborhood, great stay overall.
Tracey and Bill were amazing hosts! They made us feel very welcome and right at home. The place was super clean and very convenient to both Atlantic City and Ocean City. We would without a doubt be willing to stay there again.
I highly recommend staying at Tracey's place! We really enjoyed our mini-vacation there. This very clean (and with all the privacy one needs) house is very close to the area's major beaches, attractions, and next to some nice bike-paths and hiking trails around. Definitely one of the best spots to recharge energy from busy city life. But most importantly, Tracey's and Bill's hospitality, friendliness, helpfulness, warmth, and positivity are immeasurable! They made sure our stay was relaxing and fulfilling! Thank you!
Tracey was a welcoming host and has an excellent home. She was a gracious host and lives a nice quiet neighborhood. You will not be sorry you stayed with her!
We had an enjoyable stay at Tracey's house. She made us feel very welcome and was a gracious and generous host. The house is larger than it looks, and it was very neat and clean. Thank you, and we would definitely stay there again!
Great stay! Everything was wonderful. Linwood is a great town, easily accessible to the beach, trails, restaurants, etc. Logs available for fire-pit in beautiful backyard. Host was very welcoming, and was sure to check if we had everything we needed. And the bikes were awesome!
Staying at Tracey's way great! It's a very cute house, very well-organized and decorated, and it's very close to the Shore and all of its many attractions. We didn't meet Tracey in-person, but we were able to reach her easily via phone and she was very nice and promptly answered our questions. Would definitely stay here again!
About the Host, Tracey
I'm a high school principal. I practice yoga, like to eat organic, whole foods, and I like to show people around the Jersey shore when I get time. I grew up in Phila and lived in Lancaster, PA, so I can tell people the best places to go in those areas. My husband is a seasoned butler who is also an award winning fisherman. He enjoys teaching surfing, gardening and playing guitar. We have an indoor and outdoor fireplace set up and consider our home to be the most relaxing and comfortable home in the area.
