I encourage everyone to appreciate the calm and quiet atmosphere of the neighbourhood. The landlord lives in the house in the further back, she's a very kind elderly lady, say Hi (or even better Konnichiwa) if you see her.
Cleaning fee is there to guarantee a standard level for each person who will spend time in the apartment. Take care of the place as you would usually and give a moment to understand the garbage separation system, all the info will be in the apartment.

Nikola is a fantastic host. He's really responsive and present if you need anything, welcoming, and extremely communicative. His place is cozy and textured, clean and full of character. We loved our stay here and we loved the neighborhood. Thank you, Nikola!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Nikola's apartment.
It is conveniently located in a nice and calm neighborhood, but only a few steps away from all the cafes, restaurants and boutiques of the Aoyama / Omotesando area. The Omotesando subway station is about five minutes by foot, and there are three subway lines to choose from.
Nikola was a very good host. We never met him in person, but he was always quick to answer and arranged everything for our arrival. I would definitely stay at this apartment again!

Wonderful stay in Tokyo, we met Nikola who was very thoughtful, we love the apartment, photos are identical as the place, and well located.
We've stayed at Nikola's place for a week. Nikola was very helpful and always available. He provided some really good recommendations. His place is very simple and comfortable. It has everything you need other than the natural sunlight which in our case was not a problem, as we spent most of the day outside, walking around in the city. The apartment is very nicely located. There are plenty of cool restaurants and bars near by and also very close to the metro station.
About the Host, Nikola
In Tokyo for the last couple of years. Originally meant to stay only for one student exchange semester, but when I met the previous tenant of this apartment on an airplane, it seemed like a good sign to decide to stay in Japan. Until now lived in Limassol, London, Bergen and Belgrade, where I was born. Of all the places Tokyo and Japan have something completely unique. It will amaze you, dazzle you and leave you wanting more as soon as you get on your way back, just as it did me.
