  • Nikola's apartment is very conveniently located and well equipped. It was more comfortable and affordable than staying in a hotel nearby. We enjoyed the classic Showa period feel of the apartment. Although we were not able to meet face to face, Nikola was very helpful getting us checked in to the apartment and making sure that we are comfortable.

  • Nikola's a very nice guy and his apartment is ideally situated in Tokyo -- a few minutes walk to Nishiazabu, Roppongi or Omotesando. If you know Tokyo, there's no better area to stay. The apartment is neat and cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Recommended!

  • nikolas apartment definetely convinces through its great location!!
it was my second journey to tokio and omote-sando is one of the best places to stay, specially for young people!!so easy to walk to shibuya or harajuku. in general you can not expect generous accomodations in tokio, but the size of this apartment was fine for us 3 people!
nikola was really easy and helpful, he answered within 1 minute and we met at the subway station to get to know the way! he provides portable internet, which is really helpful in this city!!
anytime again!! thanks a lot nikola

  • Nikola's apartment is in a very convenient part of Tokyo, close to Omotesando station and a quick walk to Roppongi or a nice (but longer!) stroll to Shibuya. Nishiazabu is a great location; the neighbourhood is full of great bars and restaurants, and there are a lot of shrines, temples and other interesting things to see nearby.

The apartment itself is of decent size by Tokyo standards; easily large enough for a couple to stay comfortably. It contains everything you'll need during your stay, including a mobile Wi-Fi device, which was incredibly handy.

Nikola is a very generous and helpful host, and is more than willing to provide information about the local area. The directions he gave from Narita airport to the apartment were on point, and very thorough. He was also nice enough to check in via text during my stay to see how I was getting on, which was much appreciated.

I would definitely stay here again.

  • The perfect Tokyo location! Quiet with amazing small restaurants and bars around and only minutes walk from the great Omotesando shopping area. Apartment is spacious and charming. Unfortunately I wasn't able to meet Nikola- hopefully next time!

  • A wonderful apartment in a terrific location. It makes such a difference to have a place that feels like a home in a foreign city, and this is a perfect choice.

  • Great location location (close to Shibuya and Roppong) and great value. Nikola is a fantastic - willing to meet you, always available, and very thoughtful.

  • the location is great, quiet small street in a beautiful neighborhood. you are surrounded by traditional houses, fancy shops and small restaurants. the apartment is small with out windows you can open, but that seems to be the japanese way. it works well if you want to have more space than a hotel gives you and ability to cook small meals. we didn´t meet nicola, but he was very helpful and send a friend to pick us up on arrival. thanks for a great time in tokyo.

Friendly and outgoing, living in Tokyo for the last couple of years. Passionate about food and cycling. Originally meant to stay only for one student exchange semester, but when I met the previous tenant of this apartment on an airplane, it seemed like a good sign to decide to stay in Japan. Working as a cook in a nearby restaurant in Omotesando. Until now I used to live in Limassol, London, Bergen and Belgrade, where I was born. Of all the places, I find Tokyo and Japan to have something very unique. This something has a calming effect, while you still get the feeling you are living in one of the biggest cities in the world.
