Fab Soho loft space in the heart of Soho on Crosby Street. Read the reviews....it's pretty amazing! Make sure you read details and see the planogram of the loft space. We love tourists and do our very best to take care of you while visiting NYC!
SOHO designer's loft space on THE HIPPEST street in NYC (Crosby). Fine linens, 16 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, TONS of light...the VERY best of downtown NYC!!! Hotels on this street start at $800 per night so this is a steal. Every detail has been thought of. BUT, you need to be able to walk up 4 flights of stairs should you rent. We DO NOT rent to more than 2 people so please don't inquire....no exceptions. If you are looking to cook during your stay, this is not the flat/apt for you. We have a microwave, mini refrigerator and coffee maker with mugs. There is not a full kitchen for this (website hidden) is Roku based. This rental basically functions like a high-end hotel room. This is a very peaceful building so if you are loud partiers this is not the space for you.
This was formally Basquiat's artist loft! This is an alcove studio space designed with the utmost detail creating a dreamy feel to the space. There is high speed internet, sound system, mini-refrigerator, eating and lounge. The perfect space to visit Soho New York. ***NOTE: If you unable to walk 4 flights of stairs please do not rent this property.
***Just know (as stated in the advert) we are totally open to renting all days of the week. We USUALLY come back to the city on Monday to work and usually leave Thursday evening for the farm, hence the bath is shared on the other days. The unit we are renting is completely separate and has it's own entrance to it's unit to the bathroom so in no way are we ever "crossing paths." If you would like to see the planogram of the space it is in the photos section of this listing. It's TOTALLY private, in fact we rarely even see our renters!
Interaction with Guests
As much as they need. Usually, we have little interaction as our guests are very independent.
Soho New York? It doesn't get better than this. We are literally 1/2 block from all subways.
Other Things to Note
The unit we are renting is completely separate and has it's own entrance to the unit and separate entrance to the shared bathroom so in no way are we ever "crossing paths." If you would like to see the planogram of the space it is in the photos section of this listing. This is a 4 floor walk up.
No smoking. 4th floor walk up so be sure you are ok with that. NO MORE than two people are allowed to rent at one time. There are no exceptions to this.
Just know (as stated in the advert) that we usually rent Thurs-Sun/Monday but due to the massive popularity of this rental, we are renting all the time. I usually come back to the city on Monday to work and tend to leave Thursday evening for my farm hence the bath is shared on the other days. The unit we are renting is completely separate and has it's own entrance to it's unit to the bathroom so in no way are we ever "crossing paths." Please see the pics for this listing as we have provided for you a detailed visual planogram of the loft set up.
Our first AirBNB experience was at the SOHO Loft. Everything was described accurately, and we feel that the Loft itself was the centerpiece of our NYC stay for a long weekend.
The loft is just as beautiful as the photo, and the hosts went beyond the call of duty in making us feel welcome, and handling our questions and requests with hospitality and grace.
We are already talking about our next trip to NYC, and would probably not stay anywhere else but this truly special space.
I also have to mention the location - it is really just a block or two from anywhere you want to walk in SOHO. But is is also on a quiet side-street, a bit hidden away.
Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Schlüsselübergabe, Infos zum Loft, alles klar verständlich und am Punkt.
This loft is truly the quintessential SoHo experience. The location is nauseatingly ideal. You're on the very best street in soho because you're no more than one block from all the local hot spots, but because you're on a side street you don't have to deal with the crazy noise that some of the other streets have during the day.
The apartment itself is very nice. It's like having a suite at the Crosby Street Hotel for 1/3 of the price.
Cooper is extremely accommodating and very detailed so it's easy to get up to speed.
This is always an ideal space to stay when visiting NYC. Cooper is great and makes everything simple. Thanks again Cooper!
We had a great time staying here. Very nice pad, excellent location--an all around authentic NY experience.
The soho location is ideal, right near Spring & Broadway. Very close to the village and little Italy. The west and east sides of Manhattan are equally accessible via local metro stations.
The place itself is stylish, clean, and has everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
