The space
Relax. Every thing has been thought of in this spacious two story coastal home.
It's time to unwind and kick your feet up.

From comfy queen sized beds, ample table seating and two living areas for everyone to chill in, you'll feel like you're at home within minutes of arriving.

A well equipped open plan kitchen is ready for all of your cooking and dining needs including staple pantry items should you wish to get your cook on.

Upstairs is where you'll mostly be with three queen bedrooms rooms, bathroom with separate toilet, open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is also a full length balcony with outdoor dining and BBQ on this level.

Down stairs is accessed by both internal and external stairs and has a fourth bedroom, a bathroom, second living space and laundry. The laundry is also set up with a second fridge and kettle. This level too has a full length balcony with four top dining and a hanging chair to escape to while you watch the mesmerising Lake.

The Lake House is situated within a short walk to Coila Lake and Tuross Head Golf Course and is about 5 minutes drive to beaches, shops, The Boat Shed Cafe, Tuross Lake and Lavender Bay.
You can find decent surf at these beaches but also a couple of calmer spots for casual swimming.
