We are pleased to offer 4 Treetop Cottages on the banks of the Guadalupe River.

Each Cottage is listed separately on AirBnB, check for availability.

Look for off-peak rates (Jan-May) and (Sept-Dec).

Cottage #2 sleeps up to six persons. Cottage #2 has a queen bed in the first floor Master bedroom. Cottage #2 sleeping loft has one queen and two XL single beds.

All cottages share a common deck, great for reunions, holidays or retreats.

Regretfully, our property is not handicapped accessible.

The Cottages are located in the center of Texas Hill Country. Explore the historic sites, shopping, antiquing, museums and parks in and around Kerrville, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Bandera and Comfort are all easily accessible within 20 minutes to an hour. Our Treetop Cottages are located in Center Point, TX.

From the cottages you are two minutes from Dollar General - a well-stocked convenience store, Los Dos Amigos - a Mexican restaurant for breakfast tacos, and Toucan Jim's - a Caribbean-themed restaurant with live music and a full bar.
