A Treehouse Poem
A tree house, a free house,
A secret you and me house,
A high up in the leafy branches
Cozy as can be house.
A street house, a neat house,
Be sure and wipe your feet house
Is not my kind of house at all-
Let's go live in a tree house.
Interaction with Guests
We always have helpers available to help out with any questions you may have.
There are some great pubs and restaurants close by. We recommend the Five Pilchards for lunch and evening meals. We also recommend Fat Apples Cafe for breakfast and lunch. There are a large number of other eating places that we can recommend when you are here.
Public transport is to St. Keverne. This is non existent on Sundays. To travel here by train and bus, will bring you to St. Keverne. From St. Keverne we are one mile along a public footpath.
If you come by public transport, take a train to Camborne, and bus to Helston, for ease of travel it could be recommended that you take a taxi from Helston to our door!
We are almost as far south west as you can travel without going into the sea!
An area of unspoilt natural beauty.
Other Things to Note
We have a total of 4 exciting and fairytale units that we let. A treehouse another gypsy wagon and Jack Sparrow House that has been on television.
Chirp in the morning, when you wake up with the birds.
James eventually sorted us out :) We booked the Treehouse not the Jack Sparrow.
Our stay at the treehouse was incredibly relaxing and special. It's an ingenious design and we felt very cosy and comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome by one of Jonathan's staff, and even the heavy rain couldn't detract from our enjoyment. We'd wholeheartedly recommend the treehouse to anyone.
Jonathan was not there to meet us but had a very helpful staff member who assisted us on arrival. Directions were easy to follow and the treehouse is truly unique!
We had the most magical, fleeting experience here - the treehouse is truly a work of art. It is incredible how cozy Jonathan has made the treehouse - the bed was so comfortable! And the little details... you'll have to see it in person to truly appreciate it. The 'kitchen' is well supplied - we were able to make a pretty good English breakfast in the morning. We woke up to the sounds of chirping birds and an adamant woodpecker. The treehouse overlooks a field full of cows. It's a lovely walk through a forest trail to the town centre to pick up groceries. The Five Pilchards is a 15 minute walk away and serves delicious mussels. I am still thinking about my experience at the treehouse, and something tells me I will be back!
Had a absolutely fabulous time in the Tree Sparrow House! The house was amazing in every way and it was the perfect surprise for my partners 21st birthday. The scenery was spectacular and it was an adventure we won't ever forget. Thank you very much Jonathan for accommodating us. Hopefully we will see you in the future :) Sam and India
The treehouse was lovely and warm on a windy weekend! Everything was neat and the bed was extremely comfortable. Surrounding countryside was beautiful and all the pub and cafe recommendations were lovely!

About the Host, Jonathan
I live on the Lizard peninsular, as I find this area one of the most inspirational in the UK. I am an artist/builder who creates spaces of light and beauty. My aim is to welcome you into a dwelling for your pleasure and relaxation. I enjoy using ideas of times passed and endeavor to achieve an ‘other worldliness’ in my work.
I spend my time in constant contemplation of the next project in mind. Other than that you can find me enjoying music and dance, or Cornish coastal walking with my partner and dog.
