Gorgeous- Old world charm with modern convenience!! Fully remodeled & professionally decorated (antiques & victorian theme) -4 beautiful Bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a sunny breakfast room, all new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a sunny porch for morning coffee and a deck with a grill. Perfect for a family reunion, or a weekend away with friends ! It is only a 5 min walk from bath houses, shops & restaurants, & 3 miles from the racetrack/casino. You'll love it there!

The space
The Garland house is a Beautiful home located in the heart of Historic Hot Springs. Built in 1897 it has a fascinating story to tell with it original hardwood floors, tall base boards, big bright windows, 11’ ceilings, transoms over every door. It is totally remodeled and professionally decorated too! Huge brand new kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Four bedrooms w new mattresses. Three and half brand new bathroom 3 w showers; one w an old-fashioned ball and claw foot tub. The whole house is done tastefully with beautiful antiques. To top it off, a deck with outdoor living space, a grill & a fire pit, and a huge front porch with a great view for your morning coffee. Old world charm with all the modern conveniences!
The Garland House is on the same street, and a five minute walk away from The bath houses, restaurants, and shops. We are only 3 miles from the casino and horse races, 5 miles away from the Magic Springs theme and waterpark, 6 miles from the Hot Springs marina located on the beautiful lake Hamilton, and only five minutes away from the new world class mountain biking trails! A GREAT location!FYI- We are very diligent about your safety and following all the updated COVID cleaning recommendations, so RELAX & REJUVENATE! ;)
