About This Listing
Our studio apartment in located on the first floor of our house here in Noe Valley, on the hill between the Valley and Twin Peaks. It is newly renovated with a full kitchen and bathroom and set up for guests with basic grocery and bath needs. The bed is a queen sized bed with luxurious bedding, and there is a dining area set for two. There is wireless internet access but no television. An iPod dock is provided for your music.
Noe Valley is in central San Francisco. Our home is 5 blocks from Castro Street and the busy shopping/ restaurant district of 24th Street. Our street is a small one block street with no busses or traffic, it's very quiet and peaceful while still being centrally located. Public Transit is pretty easy, the 48 bus runs right by our house and if you walk down the hill there are several lines.
Our house is on a fairly steep hill (it's all relative in SF!) with two flights of stairs and an uneven ramp so if your mobility is limited this might not be the best option (PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS - ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE). Parking is very easy on our street since there are no resident sticker requirements and no one from the neighborhood wants to climb our hill.
In the Noe Valley district, lots of nice shopping and dining in the area.
Yes the 48 line stops a couple blocks away. Close to BART.
No groups larger than two persons allowed, no parties/ overnight guests.
Adorable space. Wished there was a bigger space heater since we visited during a cold spell for Sf. Would have preferred to be more central. But, overall Isaac was very helpful and extremely accommodating.
Loved our stay in Isaac's quaint little studio. It was just perfect for 2 people. My boyfriend and I were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The host lived in the upper part of the house and we never were disturbed or heard them at all. He even provided a list of local activities/attractions we could try dyring our stay. We always found parking which was a huge bonus. We will definitely be back.
Isaac was great and very responsive. His studio was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Isaac gave us privacy and getting the key couldn't of been any easier. You can tell he has been doing this a while- he is a very great airbnb host and if I am ever in San Fran again- I will be staying at his studio. Place was very clean, just as pictured and bed was comfortable. I highly recommend anyone staying in San Fran this place.
Isaac's studio was perfect for us. Very cozy and well equipped. Even though it's a basement, it didn't feel underground, and has a beautiful view of downtown from the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.
I would caution anyone who has difficulty with stairs. It is San Francisco, and it's a good climb up to the door. We had two heavy coolers as well as bags, so we had a good work out when we arrived and left.
Isaac was very helpful with information about parking (very easy) and getting around the city.
It's in a clean, quiet neighborhood so we had good sleep. Another caution, if you go to bed early, or like to sleep in, you will hear footfalls and voices from the house above. I wore earplugs on our second night and didn't have any problem.
Overall, it was a great home for us and a great value for SF!
Isaac's place was great! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, we looked forward to getting back to the studio after a busy day exploring bustling San Francisco.
My boyfriend and I had a great stay at the Studio apartment. It was exactly as shown in the photos and clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is super cute (and hilly) - we loved it. Isaac was really responsive via text and flexible with check in/out times. I'd definitely stay here again!
About the Host, Isaac
A SF native I have lived here all my life. I teach Tai Chi and martial arts and live with my cat Mini. The studio was renovated a few years ago and i really enjoy sharing it. I like to entertain and to cook. I hope you will enjoy the studio and my wonderful city as much as i do.
