Recommended for romantic getaway- 1 bedroom, 1 spare room possibly equip with air mattress 1 bathroom, outdoor area with big table.
Boat is suitable for max 4. Living space surrounded by an incredible view of the mountains of Hong Kong Island and the sea. Access to the boat only via sampan (boat taxi). I usually live here so the boat is not empty of my clothes etc.

Important
The ceiling in the bedroom is very low is nice and cosy and lovely for sleep purpose.
The bathroom ceiling is suitable for humans around 178 cm tall otherwise you need to bend your knew a bit:)
Q: Is the boat located next to the pier?
No you need sampan ride to access the boat
Q: What are the operating times of the SAMPAN (boat taxi ) and how much is it?
A: Taxi boats run from 7am to 12.45am and cost $10 HKD per trip. $20 after midnight
If you plan on staying out late, this accommodation may not be suitable for you, as there is no guarantee a sampan is available for you to return back to the boat. Same goes with early morning flight departures (10am and before). If you have an early flight on your last day, we don't advise you to stay your last night.
A: It's a houseboat, it is a unique FUN and RELAXING experience. There may be noises and smells that you'd expect from a boat or the sea (ie- pumps, motors, ocean water, etc...) Most of the time, the marina is very quiet.
Q: Can the boat be moved or taken out to sea? A: Since the boat is permanently moored and fully furnished like a home, the boat cannot be moved or taken out to sea. Hiring a captain to charter the boat is prohibited.
A: Our boat is equipped with BOTH heat and AC. No matter the time of year you visit, you can be assured that you will be staying in a nice comfortable environment!
Q:Can I put anything other that toilet paper or lots of toilet paper at once.
Please don't they will be an extra charge for blocking the toilet.

Jumbo floating restaurant 3 min sampan ride away!! ( unfortunately it is just closed down - but you can still admire the floating building)
