About This Listing
It's a small studio apartment that consists of a bathroom, mini kitchen, double bed and one pull-out double bed. Only 15 minutes walk from the Old Town and 5 minutes from the beach. It is well connected with other parts of town with bus and taxi station that are in 50 meters range.
It's made for 2 persons but with an additional double bed (that tumbles into couch when not needed) it can take 3 or even 4 young people who want to save money on sleeping place.
It is great for younger people who want a clean and functional place to sleep for a low price, while they spend their cash on having fun in town. For hostel price you get a little private studio and all insider information like where to eat, where to party, where can you find the best mojito in town... :)
We are able to assist you with transfers from airport, harbor and bus station.
Hope you'll be our guests! :D
Apartment is made for two but I don't mind 3rd person sleeping on pull-out bed.
Don't break things on purpose.
We spent one night in Dubrovnik but we didn't meet Damir. Just one hour before our arriving, he cancelled and found for us a new accommodation in a house very far away from the old town.
So the room was completely different, and doesn't match the pictures on airbnb web site.
I don't recommend you this airbnb apartment.
Due to the many causes many properties can be cancelled in the Dubrovnik during the high and intensive summer season. We try as best as we can to minimize the number of cancellations and we give 100% guarantee that we find and alternative in case of short notice cancellation.
Even I read some reviews saying that the pictures didn't correspond to the place, I didn't expect it was so true. The place was infested with ants, have no wi-fi and is far from the city centre. Marjore, the assistant, was kind, but we didn't get to know the actual host. Overall it was not a bad experience (well, it's Dubrovnik right?), but definitely was far from what we expected and waaaay TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is.
The day before we arrived in Dubrovnik Damir told us that another apartment he owns was available so at no extra cost he upgraded us to an apartment much closer to the city which was very generous.
Great little apartment. Small but useful. No wifi and in a good location.
Room is not as bright as it looks like on the pictures, but we still enjoyed staying here, having our own little apartment for ourselves. The Old City is just a nice walk away.
Damir (actually, his PA) was very kind and met me as I arrived to the apartment. The location is good, about a 30 minute walk to the bus station, and also a 30-minute walk to the entrance of the old town. The host was very accommodating for my group. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, but it was a comfortable stay for two nights. Note that there is no internet, so keep in mind whether that is important for you.
The place was clean, but very very different from the pictures, way more "cheap-like", very dark. We never met Damir and had a lot of trouble finding the place, she replied to my mails asking for the direction by an ironic "Welcome.". Damir's PA was nice but barely gave us any information and left right away ("the old town is this way, bye"). NO "INSIDER INFORMATION"
The disturbing thing is the location: it's NOT at all 15 minutes from downtown! Right by the apartment you have a a sign saying that it's nearly 3km, 25 minutes away from the old town - and the beach is about 15 minutes away.
Also there were lots of ants.
All that for 40 euros pn/pp
You can find cheaper and better located.
