The Apartment gives you a very warm and welcoming feeling and features a very spacious set up.
Consisting of three bedrooms the apartment offers a semi- self contained guest accommodation with associated bathroom and toilet on the ground floor.
You may enjoy the luxury of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge which will be shared with the owner. On the second floor is a outside deck for dining in good weather and amazing city views.
In addition there is the possibility of additional guests because the upstairs floor has two bedrooms, one which could be made available for the additional guests. There is a toilet and shower on the top floor which would be shared with the owner. A courtyard with gardens can be used to enjoy the full all day sun.
The house is located close to Auckland's famous rose gardens and historic Judges Bay.
If you like a walk it is only a 20 minutes walk to Auckland CBD and ferries/transport. Public Transport will take you there in no time.

Guests have access to a gas cooktop and electric oven in a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and doors which open to a sunny balcony with BBQ. There is a comfortable lounge with SkyTV, all on the second floor, A second bedroom is available on the third floor which has a bathroom shared with the owner, Sheldon.
Interaction with Guests
I thoroughly enjoy interaction with guests and regularly end up doing things with them, go to markets or out for breakfast, and am able to recommend nearby rental car companies, and attractions/services in Auckland. I always recommend the air express bus from the airport as the cheapest option and can often collect guests from Downtown CBD.
I love the fact that the apartment is in very close proximity to the Rose Garden and park close to a lovely beach at Judges Bay, just 10 mins walk away. I like to be able to walk into the city in 20 minutes and catch public transport or ferries to the Gulf Islands. I also love the sun and warmth of my apartment and my garden where I grow organic vegetables which are available for guests.
There are several bus options from the apartment and it is only 20 minutes walk to trains and ferries to Devonport or the Gulf Islands, and the major bus terminal at Sky City. There is free parking in adjacent streets and motorway access both north and south is very close.
Other Things to Note
I have considerable New Zealand experience of travelling, and holidaying and have done two recent campervan trips myself. I am familiar with accommodation options, and attractions, and different routes to take throughout our beautiful country.
I like guests to share their experiences and join into my apartment home. It is great if they keep me informed so I can assist them with their plans if suitable. It is great if guests are quiet and considerate and are not shy to ask for further information, or any additional requirements. My apartment is a non smoking zone but I'm happy for people to smoke in the courtyard.
