Amazing Location! Cushy! Fun! Cheap! My apartments provide you with everything you would want when visiting LA. Located in between downtown and Hollywood, 10 min either way. Modern, simple, comfortable. Don't take my word for it, read my reviews!
Before we get into the details of the apartment and location, take a minute and go straight to my reviews. I believe that feedback from people whom have stayed here is the most important info to help you make your decision.
The feel and look of a designer hotel, vibe and amenities of a local apartment, the perfect location for business or pleasure, and half the cost.
The studio apartment is in a central Eastside location. It is in Silverlake near Echo Park, right off of Sunset Blvd. Silverlake is right in the middle of Downtown and Hollywood. This apartment is 1 of 2 modern styled apartments I've designed solely for the vacation renter. That means that the unit is much like a hotel, there are no clothes or anything stored in the apartment except for things for you! Included in the rate are two bikes for your neighborhood cruising pleasure! There is also a super cute custom renovated camper trailer that can rented as an additional bedroom for extra guests! Perfect for a family with kids!
I also have a second unit that has a similar design upstairs to this apartment. Book both apartments for large groups!

Henry's downstairs studio & patio was a great location for us on a recent trip to LA. How nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the medical facility we had come to visit. I stayed there with my sister, her husband and their 9-yr-old and although it was a little cozy for 4, we were comfortable and content. The patio was a wonderful spot for the meals we ate at home as well as for lounging, reading, and playing games. The 9-yr-old and I even had a little dance party! We were delighted to be so close to the Griffith Observatory, Trader Joe's, and Echo Park, where there's a year-round swimming pool. Henry was quick in responding to my queries regarding bike lock combinations, etc., and the other 3 residents we met were charming and friendly. Everything was just as described, the bed, couch and fold-out ottoman provided excellent sleeping experiences, and the Ikea kitchen worked out well for our cooking needs -- we only ate out once! I would definitely stay there again were I ever to be in LA and will be recommending it to my friends who visit the area regularly.
Drove down to LA to catch a couple shows and see some friends/family and decided to stay at Henry's. The space is great, very modern and clean with plenty of space. Very comfortable. Great location too, very close to many restaurants, cafes, bars, and music venues in Silver Lake. The patio was an added bonus. The guys were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
This was our first Airbnb experience and I must say Mike and I were beyond satisfied! Although we didn't get to meet Henry as he was out on business, our guest host Jonah and Curvence (my apologies if I mispelled your name) were very friendly and helpful with everything that we needed.
The apt was clean and spacious, and we never had a problem with parking no matter what time we arrived back. We also couldn't have stayed in a better location with a huge selection of restaurants and shops nearby. I felt completely safe in the neighborhood and we even ventured out on the bikes that were provided a couple of times.
It really did feel like a home away from home and we will most definitely be staying at Henry's apt again on our next trip to LA!
we had a great time thanks for everything!!
We had a great stay at Henry's. Room was large, very comfortable, well-appointed; loved the outdoor space, and enjoyed Moe the cat's visits!
The street is quiet and very nice and Henry was a very responsive host. This was my first air bnb rental and if others are this good, I'll be sold on the service!
Place was great - very comfortable for the two of us! Outside space is awesome - BBQ and seating. No hassle with any logistics / arrangements - very accommodating!
Will definitely be staying here next time i come to LA.
It is very easy) This appt is deffinately the best place to stay in LA))
There are a plenty of space to park your car for free, the appt is clean, modern and desinged well, there is a great patio place - you can have a great time with friends while coocking a perfect steak, all the people surrounding you and Henry by himself are very welcoming, They are ready to help with anything you need. So, again, this is the coolest place to stay in LA.
Thank you Henry for our great LA stay!
Amazing place. Perfect location. Perfect host
Henry is the perfect host and his place is so cool. My boyfriend and I had a great stay (refer to Saverio's review), and we loved having breakfast in the beautiful patio. Chill Moe (resident cat) is delightful and should be counted as an amenity included in the booking. The shower was also notably awesome. Great location. Thanks for everything, Henry!
So, I packed up my car, was a guest at a different AirBnB location and headed over to Henry's. While driving through the colorful and eclectic Sunset Boulevard I knew already it was going to be a great stay. I was cheerfully greeted by the house manager and Moe, a gigantic and super friendly cat that lives in the house. I will have to admit that the apartment and patio are a perfect fit for anyone wanting to relax, enjoy their time in LA and indulge in it's comfort. Everything was spotless clean and decorated with beauty and functionality. It's just a few minutes walk or drive to tons of great eateries, bars and amazing nightlife. Overall there's a very vibrant scene in this area of LA. Street parking is available right in front of the house, which is a great plus in my book! The neighborhood is safe, easily accessible and quiet at night. Personally had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone staying in Los Angeles. Thanks Henry!
